The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

On the shores of beautiful Lake Paladru, I suggest you rent my family home. It benefits from an exceptional setting with panoramic views of the lake. You have direct access to swim, fish or do various water activities. At the bottom of the garden is a river that will delight fishermen. The sailing club is a few meters from our house.
