Independent house just 700m from the sea and beautiful nearby beaches, including Campus, which is a 15-minute walk away. Elegantly finished and fully furnished, it offers all comforts: air conditioning, mosquito screens, satellite TV, and WiFi. The fenced garden on three sides is well-maintained with a lawn, trees, and flowers. Outside, there’s a barbecue, heated shower, and private parking. No pets allowed. A tourist tax of €1/guest (aged 12+) per day applies upon arrival.
