Elle est très bien située, à Bréhémont, village en bord de Loire , 9 km d'Azay-le-Rideau , Villandry et Langeais (7km) et des magnifiques chateaux de la Loire. La maison se compose de 4 ch pour 8 pers, WIFI, parking privé, piscine hors sol chauffée de Mai à Octobre selon météo et températures nocturnes. Non adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Maison récente de mars 2019, d'environ 100 m², agréable et lumineuse, composée d'une pièce de vie de 40 m², 3 chambres dont une avec salle d'eau privative au RdC, un bureau avec canapé convertible, une salle de bain, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. La maison dispose d un jardin non clôturé. S'agissant de notre résidence principale, nous vous demandons un strict respect des lieux et de nos biens personnels. Par ailleurs, le linge de lit et de toilette ne sont pas fournis.

This studio is located on our land, but is independent of our accommodation. Our village is located on the Loire Valley Castles Route, a few km from the "Loire à vélo" circuit. The nearest railway station is 2 km away.
