Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Villas, Lower Township

Cute and clean! It was perfect size for our family. I would recommend for couples or family as well. The only thing is the shower is too short for anyone taller than 5’6”. But the outside shower was very nice to use so we didn’t mind this at all. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a lovely time at this bayfront home! The views from the balconies were amazing. The house was very very clean and had everything we needed. Host answered our questions and had helpful communications. We hope to visit again soon!

Christine’s home is beautiful and well kept. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The back deck is large and secluded. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the bay beaches. We would highly recommend this house for vacation to the cape May area.

The house is even better then the pictures! It was so cozy & fully stocked with the basic necessities you would need & then some. Not the cheap stuff either. There aren't TVs in the bedrooms but with everything to do, you're not spending your time watching TV. The epitomy of home away from home!

Very comfortable house for 2 adults and 1-3 kids for sure. The inside of the house has all brand new top tier appliances and the overall design is very nice. Nice backyard with games, grill, lighting, just very peaceful. VERY close to a private beach with nice people and not too crowded. The house is in a great location. Getting to any destination is very easy and not too far of a drive. Very convenient. The hosts communicated very quickly when we had a question and were polite. A bridge went down into Wildwood and they sent us the update which was nice and good to know. Overall just a very pleasant experience. 10/10.

Mandy’s home was great! The location was perfect, the home was very clean and put together. It had more than we could ask for. I will definitely be staying again! Thank you for letting my friends and I have a place to call home for a few nights!

Our second visit to Tim and Cathy’s condo…love it! We hope to go next year again and stay there..I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice peaceful area yet not far from the boardwalk. The bay is only half block away in other direction also…great vacation! I thank them for sharing and all the hard work that goes into keeping a rental so nice and up to date.

Just 3 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk. Definitely gives Beach house vibes. All the amenities as listed and when we had an issue Paul resolved it immediately. This is a quiet private get away, the bikes come in handy and make the experience that much better. I went with my 2 children 10 & 12 and the space was perfect for us. Neighbors were so welcoming ! It rained one night we were there but staying in having ice cream and watching movies was very comfortable. We look forward to coming back!

What a hidden gem! Perfect for my last minute solo beach getaway. Close views of beautiful sunsets, close proximity to local beaches, and a very comfortable bed. I would love to return :)

Lousie and her husband were super friendly and very helpful. It was a beautiful stay and experience. Would recommend to everyone that they stay here at least one. The house was right off the main road but was very quiet and you couldn’t even hear the pass by.

We were in town for a wedding, and Diane’s place was perfect for our stay. The place was clean and spacious. Diane was great and very responsive. It was a perfect spot to spend the night and Uber to/from the wedding venue.

LOVED our stay at The Crest Beach House! We came a few years ago and knew this was the place to go when we wanted to return to the area. The new design is gorgeous. It perfectly captures that fun, nostalgic Wildwood vibe but feels so fresh, clean, and elevated. You can really tell how much thought went into every detail. The updated living area was one of our favorite parts — having a real sitting space made it feel like home. We could put the bedding away during the day and actually enjoy watching TV, playing games, and relaxing together. The location is still unbeatable — just steps from the beach and close to everything. Plus, all the amenities made packing super easy — from kitchen essentials to the little touches that make a vacation stress-free (like extra supplies for our toddler! - plates, utensils, beach toys, children books, sound machine, gated toddler pool section) Our favorite part is enjoying our morning coffee & tea on the balcony while listening to the waves 🌊 💗

Tai’s places was such a nice stay for my husband and I. The apartment was well cleaned and comfortable. It was a great location for getting to the beach, shops, and restaurants easily. We would definitely stay again!

My wife and I came to Cape May for a quick weekend getaway and got exactly what we were looking for in this place. As close to the beach as you can get, very walkable to bars and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for, and getting in and out was super easy

Just returned from my 6th stay at Erica’s condo. Most of the units are owner occupied with only a few rentals. It’s perfect for those looking for a chill relaxing environment. Just a few blocks to the beach, Centennial Park (has live music series!), and Sunrise Park. Erica is an awesome host, the condo is perfect and well maintained. We’re already booked again for next year!

I love Andrea’s condo! The home itself is beautifully decorated & fully equipped. Was easy to find upon arrival & check-in was smooth & effortless. I really needed this vacation as a mom of three! I sat out on the patio every morning with coffee watching the sun rise. Lovely community with a lot of accommodations. My family & I can’t wait to return! Thank you Andrea.
