Ajanedo is a small hamlet with many cows, sheep, goats, cats, dogs and about 30 majestic griffon vultures. It is located at an altitude of 400 m in the valley of Miera surrounded by mountains up to 2000 m high. In Líerganes, 13 km away, you can shop, stroll and eat. Hiking, climbing, biking, fishing, exploring caves, watching animals - all this can be done from the house without taking the car.

The GR-85 Route of the Senses leaves from the door of our house, as the name indicates it is a gift, and accessible to the whole family. Another option is to climb the rock passing through the hermitage. The place is idyllic for a family vacation with hiking of various levels or a relaxing stay with friends. We are about an hour from Bilbao, Santander and Burgos.

Rustic House in the Ojo Guareña Natural Park

Old stone masonry house, it has a large living room with fireplace and solid wood table, kitchen with all appliances, a bathroom and a toilet, the bedrooms are on the top floor and one of the bedrooms has an individual fireplace. At the entrance there is a large porch equipped with tables and chairs. It is located in the middle of nature in the center of the Ojo Guareña Natural Park, the nearest airport is 80 km (1 hour) away and close to ski resorts.

It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.

The tree house was born from our dream of building a magical space near the forest where we live! The house lives with a young oak tree, it is also in front of the large beech forest and you can hear the river that passes right in front. It is totally suspended in the abyss but its stability and firmness are surprising. Our idea is to enjoy it while sharing it with you.

This house has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, fireplace and flat screen TV, 2 bathrooms (one with a large bathtub), and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and coffee maker. In the garden there is a swimming pool and a barbecue
