Communication about the apartment was excellent and it was easy to make contact with Pascal and Cathy, the concierges, who had lots of local knowledge to share. Pascal was charming and very helpful in every respect. The flat is well described on the website and was very clean and welcoming. The furnishings were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a very luxurious stay. A huge asset of the flat is the location and I spent lots of time watching the sea, boats, ferries and people on the beach. I loved it. It is easy to walk everywhere and that is what we did so I recommend this to anyone arriving by ferry or train. That is what we did and we didn’t need a car at all. St Malo has something for everyone including scores of places to eat. We recommend that you look at reviews on TripAdvisor when choosing a restaurant as we got caught out on one occasion with poor food. All the others we tried were excellent and the cuisine is varied. Mireille's home is sublime...so beautifully done and impeccably maintained. The location is great...we had our favorite meal of the trip on the piazza out front, ordered takeout drinks from the bar downstairs, bought fresh flowers and fruit from the farmer's market out front and sent our kiddo for pastries each morning at a wonderful bakery nearby. It felt just like home, if home was in France! But the even brighter spot of this stay was Mireille herself. She was very responsive, even giving traffic guidance on checkin day due to a local festival. She guided us to nearby parking, helped with our bags, and gave us a full tutorial on her flat and it's many lovely features. During our stay, she continued to make valuable recommendations. We enjoyed a lovely meal at her nearby Italian restaurant and so enjoyed getting to know her and her sweet husband, Thierry. She took special interest in my daughter which made her feel even more so that she has a place in this big world.

The accommodation offered is ideal for a short stay in Saint-Malo, close to the historic center and a stone's throw from the Sillon. We highly recommend it.

A real little cocoon, beautifully decorated, with a magnificent view (seagulls, boats, etc.)! We really enjoyed the balcony/veranda where we enjoyed eating our meals. The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. The bedding is excellent, we slept very well. It feels like home. Lots of things to do nearby without taking the car. We were able to recharge our electric vehicle just outside the residence, which is very convenient. We had a great stay at Delphine and Hervé's, who are very caring hosts.

A very nice, brand new and welcoming Airbnb. All rooms are nice. Decor is thoughtful. The view from the deck is superb. Only a low-traffic road separates the view from the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. Granville is 20 minutes by car, Saint Paire sur Mer 15 minutes on foot. There is a beautiful hiking trail that passes just below the house. Christian is a perfect host.

We just spent 3 nights in this beautiful accommodation and we are delighted! The place is very quiet, isolated from any hustle and bustle, but at the same time close to shops and activities. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the outdoor space, but also the decoration done with great taste. There is plenty of storage, appliances or kitchen utensils, we didn't miss anything. Everything was very clean, and our check-in was autonomous and very easy. The owners made sure to support us via Airbnb messaging if we needed information, and were responsive to our responses. We highly recommend this warm place, perfect for vacationers looking for tranquility and comfort.

We were in between a visit to Omaha beach and Mont Saint Michel, staying here the night in between. Avranches is a lovely town, im sad we didnt have more time to explore. The home was beautiful and clean and perfect for out overnight stay. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this space.

Emeline went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, from the spotless room to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. The location, the view, the communication from our host is second to none. The best host, super host. By all means. We wish we stayed at least one more night in this lovely town. We would recommend it to family and friends and would love to stay here again!

We spent a weekend at Florian's place. Very clean, easy to access, peaceful accommodation. The spa is very pleasant, with multiple functions. We recommend this listing and will come back if we have a chance. Florian is very responsive and listens whenever needed.

Hélène is a very nice host. His tips on nearby restaurants turned out to be very smart. The apartment is nice, well located and the hot tub much appreciated, especially by our 8 year old daughter. We highly recommend.

I highly recommend this accommodation, perfect for a walk around the Rance Valley. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, carefully decorated and tastefully done. The spa bath is the little extra that makes you feel good. Pleasant and available host. Enclosed parking, ideal for bikers. Don't hesitate to book.
