Château de Meauce, Maison du vigneron

The house known as the Vigneron du Château de Meauce is located opposite and at the foot of the Château; it is classified as a Historic Monument and is located on the classified natural site of the Bec d'Allier (confluence between the Loire and the Allier). The house dates from the 16th century and was used to house the family of the master winemaker, then the seamstress of the castle. Relax in this unique and quiet house at the foot of the Allier River (private beaches of the castle 100 meters walk from the door of the house).

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. The apartment is very comfortably furnished: on the ground floor there is a well-equipped, open kitchen with dining area as well as a comfortable living room with TV/DVD. Everything is open and cozy. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a private bathroom, either with shower or bathtub. There are two outdoor seating areas with barbecue facilities.
