You are surrounded by beautiful countryside with the nearest town only 5 minutes drive away to excellent restaurants, cafés and a weekly market. Bergerac Airport is 30 minutes away.

In the heart of the South-West, 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1.5 hours from Toulouse and 3 hours from Paris by train, come and recharge your batteries in this old 18th century farm, in the middle of the fields. The Gîte offers you a horizon as far as the eye can see on this piece of land on the Garonne coast. Ideal gîte for families or groups of friends. PS: Contact us before booking for festive events (bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, birthdays, etc.). Maximum 13 people on site

Charming cottage with private pool & closed garden

Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

Attached to a freshly restored Perigordian house, the Gite is located in the countryside, quiet but close to Villeréal, Bastide of the 12th century, and Issigeac, very pretty medieval village. A beautiful place to relax and rest after visiting the famous medieval Bastides such as Monflanquin, Castillonnes, Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord and others in the Canton of Haut Agenais Périgord. Less than 30 minutes from Bergerac and its vineyards.

It is located between Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Penne d'Agenais on the side of a wooded hill, classified Natura 2000, with stunning views of a valley. You will have direct access to hiking trails. The place, ideal for relaxing in peace in the middle of nature - with a wide variety of birds - is also a perfect base for visiting the area and enjoying local specialties.

Here is my little stone house🏡! Nestled in the southwest, it is 15 min from Villeneuve sur Lot, 15 min from Pujols, 30 min from Monflanquin and Penne d'Agenais. You have many activities around (walking, canoeing, villages, gourmet markets...)🌻 It is located in a quiet area on a small dead-end road, and in summer you can sit in the shade of a century-old linden tree 🌳 Ideal for disconnecting 📵 there is no Wi-Fi!!!

In 2014 we built this modern apartment in the west wing of an old chateau/fortified farm. It is a comfortable, spacious, ground floor apartment for 4 persons and it is wheelchair accessible. From the terrace you have fantastic views on Tournon d'Agenais - 3.5km away - and to the church of Thézac - 1km away. Thick walls keep the house cool even in the middle of summer, good sleeping guaranteed.
