Quiet and private setting with large garden and pool. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

Gîte 2 personnes - Laspicardes

Attached to a freshly restored Perigordian house, the Gite is located in the countryside, quiet but close to Villeréal, Bastide of the 12th century, and Issigeac, very pretty medieval village. A beautiful place to relax and rest after visiting the famous medieval Bastides such as Monflanquin, Castillonnes, Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord and others in the Canton of Haut Agenais Périgord. Less than 30 minutes from Bergerac and its vineyards.

The Little House on the Valley

This charming little house is located on a beautiful 3-hectare property. It is located between Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Penne d'Agenais on the side of a wooded hill, classified Natura 2000, with stunning views of a valley. You will have direct access to hiking trails. The place, ideal for relaxing in peace in the middle of nature - with a wide variety of birds - is also a perfect base for visiting the area and enjoying local specialties.
