Paz is a great host and the apartment is very special. i had the pleasure of staying for one month whilst waiting for my ship to sail to England, after travelling for 5 years in South America. It really is a wonderful space with a fantastic view and a wonderful balcony to take your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. If you get the chance to stay here i strongly recommend you take the opportunity.

This is actually a pretty good size for an apartment and it is very well equipped especially the kitchen. The view is excellent as is the location in walking distance from the Plano, various asencores, cerro allegre and good restaurants and bars but far enough from the main tourist hot spots and hostels that it’s also pretty peaceful. Highly recommended.

Very good accommodation, it's a bit small but for the price and location it's 10/10, it's very close to everything, super central, although it's not very spacious it has everything you need to be comfortable, the host is always very concerned, I would return a thousand times

Beautiful villa with an amazing view. Everything was very clean and tidy.

The apartment is very cozy. The kitchen area is small, but for us this was not a problem. Ramon (the co-host) was very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to the most touristic areas. We had a great time!!

Marina is an excellent host, very friendly and always responded quickly and attentive, we did the favor of entering the apartment earlier. The apartment It has an excellent location, there is no need to take the car out for anything, clean, tidy, with table and chairs to eat, a beautiful balcony that overlooks the sea. The apartment is amazing! It has a spectacular terrace overlooking all the lights of the port, Viña del Mar y Concon. Making a roast with that background landscape is a fantastic experience! The apartment is fully equipped for a couple or a small family to comfortably stay for a weekend or a full week. It has excellent internet, TV and streaming services. Beds are very comfortable, and with two bathrooms and showers, they can all be at ease without inconvenience. It has everything you need to cook: oven, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer and more. It is located within walking distance of the Restaurants of Cerro Alegre and offers concierge service. In addition, the condominium has a pool and security. We recommend this apartment without any hesitation.

The accommodation is just like in the photos, the bed is exquisite, the area is quiet and safe, you have several places to eat, viewpoints nearby, a pleasure to stay here, highly recommended

This was the perfect stay, very close to the beach and near by towns!

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for a good stay, and even a little more. It is very well equipped, with a good bed, good internet, clean, easily accessible and in a safe place. My only recommendations would be to review the topic of the bathroom as there is a lot of drain smell, and if you are a person who is bothered by the light for sleeping, it would be nice to wear a visor or something to cover your eyes. It might also be helpful to review or change the sheets and blankets as they stung a bit. Overall a very good place and I highly recommend it.
