It consists of 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed) possibility to transform the sofa into a bed! This beautiful accommodation is fully equipped. It also consists of an outdoor pool, a petanque court and a foosball table.

Our cottage La Marceline, furnished in 2020, is located in a detached house facing south, open to a beautiful wooded area, in the heart of a small village. The living area of 60 m2 for 2 people consists of a very bright kitchen-living area, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In front of the house, a courtyard is available as well as a parking lot. For your short or longer stays, vacation or professional, you will find peace and comfort here!

Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)
