Диана was an absolutely lovely host. From the moment I booked to the moment I checked out, she was available if I ever had questions. She also personally met me at the apartment. The apartment was clean, as pictured, comfortable, and was perfect for my stay. It is an easy walk to many other areas in the city. There are many stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I would love to stay at the property again and highly recommend.

A cozy, clean apartment, has everything you need, and if you need something, Oksana responds promptly and helps, for which she has a special thanks! Since this is a new building, the walls are very thin and you and your neighbors can hear each other very well. But in general, I liked it!

Brilliant! Most responsive host ever encountered, typically replying in literal minutes - very organised and caring for his guests. The apartment was superb - it had everything we needed and was done to a high standard. Everyone in the building was incredibly friendly and had a nice community feel. First time we'd been in this part of Vyinitsia and weren't disappointed - multiple supermarkets and gyms minutes away - all to a very high standard. Very happy and we'll return. Thank you!!

A convenient and cozy place. We were extremely pleasured with clear balcony with a little table. The flat has all the necessary household appliances, and a large shower. Eugenia's place is highly recommended, and we plan stop here again.

I rented an apartment for my mom and son for the weekend. The hostess offered me a friend of her apartment because this one was busy but the second apartment was even more beautiful than this even smaller in size but for us it was not a problem. My family is very satisfied with the apartment, I myself saw it in the photo and by video.))) Very nice hosts, met my mother at the train station and drove them to the apartment, it was very nice. The host of the apartment was very friendly. No problem or complaints. Everything in the apartment worked, there was individual heating. This is important because we rented an apartment in early October when there was no central heating in the buildings. The apartment is clean, cozy and modern design. I think I will rent an apartment in this hostess more than once.

Nice apartment: there is everything you need for a comfortable stay for a few days or weeks. The only possible disadvantage for someone is the location on the outskirts of the city.

I really liked everything, the hosts are nice people. The apartment is great, everything is clean, there is everything you need (even towels in the kitchen and a mat in the shower, which are often not there). Close to central park, tram and near the house managed to take scooters to drive downtown. I really recommend staying in Julia.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very clean, spacious, and feels just like home. High ceilings and a thoughtful layout make it extra comfortable. It’s equipped with everything you might need, located in a quiet area with a lovely park nearby - perfect for a restful stay. We especially appreciated that it’s pet-friendly. The host was incredibly responsive and even met me in person for a late check-in. Highly recommended!

Didn't have any issues with the settlement. We were met and escorted to the apartment. The host was availablein principle. They even brought us a replaced chair to make two the same) the space looks like the photos. Overall satisfied with staying in this apartment
