This was a place we as a group was searching to have a great get together. We friends were meeting after ages. Now about the place it's was so beautiful more than a picture which was uploaded. Neat and tidy 💗💗. The experience was really good. The caretaker was very kind and helpful.. The Host Akshay made it sure we are happy and enjoying our stay at his place. He also made sure that if anything he can do better for us while on the stay..I really like to visit this place again.. ❤️❤️

This place is unbelievable. It’s a gem hidden in plain sight. The house is beautifully done up and transports you into another world. Each room is thoughtfully decorated. The house is at a three minute walking distance from Central Park Metro station and is very easy to access. The pool on the terrace is the cherry on top (quite literally) My friends and I had the best time here and I highly highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a getaway not too far from the city. Thank you so so much!

My stay at this Airbnb was exceptional. The property was immaculately clean, and the caretaker’s hospitality was impeccable, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience.

We had booked this villa for one night and we all had a great time , the place is super clean and the host had ensured that we are welcomed and served well. The pool was the icing on the cake since kids had immense fun there . The caretakers are very helpful and they cook very good home like food. We did not eat out at all though the place had cafeteria nearby. We made a few requests to the host which were immediately attended . This is a villa in a gated community with beautiful riverside views . I would recommend this place for weekend stay writhin 4 hour drive . They also have a TT table , few games and a small park with slides and swings for kids. Great experience and a calm place to spend a weekend

One of the most relaxing and unique stays I’ve ever had. From the moment we booked, our host went above and beyond, even offering a pickup from Mumbai or the nearest train station for a really fair price (THANK YOU!!!). The house is stunning. The architecture felt like a breath of fresh air, totally different from anything else I’d seen in India. Every room was spacious and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. I even baked a loaf of bread, the kitchen had everything! Plus, there were games and plenty of cozy hangout spots. The 24 hour cook was a real highlight. We just sent our menus ahead of time, and whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted it, was made fresh. Total luxury. The pool was perfect for lazy afternoons, and you could hear and see waterfalls from the house, absolutely magical. Can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re after peace, nature, and a touch of indulgence, this is it.

Place was damn good, fully worth the price. There was unnoticeable smell, dirty pool & room full of insects which ruined the whole joyful experience.

We had a great stay at Hiren's place! The location is fantastic , most of the good spots and attractions are very close by, which made getting around super convenient. We did run into a small issue with the water heater, but Hiren was extremely responsive and had it resolved within the hour. Really appreciated his prompt communication and helpfulness throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place!

Kamran is really veey cooperative and helpful I was really moved when he arranged for my vehicle's parking n etc. House is really nice No doubt it's small but it's sweet, neatly maintained n loaded with today's amenities (necessities) Thanks Kamran

Place was exactly as described and its a beautiful one. It was nearby to so many places. Had almost all the basic things. hand crafted things have an overall wonderful experience.

Had an absolutely delightful stay at Valley-view. The villa is very spacious and well-appointed, and being a corner villa, it has a lovely view of the greenery outside. Since it’s December, I was half expecting the place to be not so lush, but it’s not hard to imagine how beautiful it will be during the rains. Still, we heard the calls of woodshrikes, pale-billed flowerpeckers, tailorbirds, Taiga Flycatchers, coucals and sunbirds. The hosts, Megha and Angad, had made every arrangement for a very comfortable stay, and were always very prompt in responding to our messages. The caretaker, Shankar, was extremely helpful, and Suman aunty made us very good food. Valley-view proved to be the ideal setting for a relaxing break and a productive brainstorming session with friends. I'm already looking forward to returning with my family next monsoon. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, I highly recommend Valley-view for a wonderful experience.

Its was just great. Great interiors, Caretaker was very helpful. Had 1 restaurant inside the property with limited food options but it was manageable. Pool timing was odd only upto 6.30pm, should’ve been more. We had to park our bike in parking area as visitors vehicle was not allowed inside so it was a bit exercise to the walk around. Yes it is far for Mumbai visitors, like around 4 hrs and 2 hrs from panvel. I would recommend to visit it in monsoon, I had a sunburn on shoulders as it was may 2nd week. Other wise everything else was good.

It was a pleasure staying at this property. It was so cozy and aesthetic. The interiors were absolutely clean, all the listed amenities were there. You’d feel right at home. The swing outside was the cherry on top. It’s private and peaceful. It’s very close to carter road and you can easily find good cafes nearby. If you want to stay near Bandra/Khar, this is the place to go. Special mention to Dhruv, who was really helpful and kind. He guided us through everything, and was always responsive when we needed him. A great experience indeed!

We visited the place in December 2024 on a weekend. The place is well maintained. has lots of trees and a beautiful garden around it. The care taker makes really amazing food . Do try out his barbecue chicken. Overall loved it and find it good for a family outing.

Had fun staying at Sarfaraz's place-- great location, great value, and Sarfaraz was a lovely, responsive, and attentive host. Will definitely stay again next time!

The stay really felt like a home and enjoyed every bit of it. House was well maintained and all the required stuffs was in place. All the rooms and bathroom were neat and clean. The owner was cordial and helpful each time for all our request. A big thumbs up to the caretaker also. I would suggest one should surely opt for a staycation at this place with the family.

We asked to check-in early for which he agreed. House was really clean and the surroundings are lovely. A great place to stay and everything was perfect. Indoor games, outdoor games everything was there(we forgot to take games with us😛) but everything was there. It was totally private and had an amazing experience. Pallav has been a great host and the place was very clean and nice to spend your weekend. Food facility was also great. Power cut issue was frequent and I hope there if this is worked upon, will ensure to visit the place again.

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

It's one of the best stays in recent times. Host and care taker Mr. Ashok has maintained the this place very nicely. From Swimming pool to furniture everything is neay maintained and clean. The place has very positive vibe !!
