Located near downtown Springfield, IL and many Abraham Lincoln attractions. Deer often walk around the property which is on a quiet dead-end residential street. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra pillows. Watch Netflix, Hulu, and Disney also.

The Havana Cabana is your home away from home. Take time to breathe and just be by soaking in your surroundings and being with the people that matter most. We strive to provide you with a relaxing atmosphere and great amenities. You will have full access to your own private, sandy beach (directly behind the home) with amazing sunset views and great fishing. We provide 3 adult kayaks, one double and one child (under 150 pounds), and a pedal boat. Great outdoor fire-pit for s’mores and memories.

ONE DAY ADVANCE BOOKING NOTICE! Upper Loft Unit is the top floor of the guest house. With it's own entrance & deck area, No Interaction (if desired) from the lower unit is possible. Loft Supplies: Living room/kitchen area, private bathroom, large bedroom with 2 twins/1 full bed. Deck with an amazing view of the area. Guests DO HAVE FULL USE of the large yard. Guest House Has: Parking area, two Illinois river lots, electric grill, screened in porch. ALL linens, towels, Bed sheets!!

Bunkhouse Seventy-Four

Once used by seasonal farm labor in the 1930s, Bunkhouse Seventy-Four is a fully restored historic bunkhouse with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm. The South Bank Loft features a large, open studio style living space highlighted by gorgeous floor to ceiling windows overlooking historic Main Street in Havana, Illinois. The space has been meticulously restored and boasts high twelve foot ceilings, original restored crown molding, exposed brick and original hardwood maple floors. The loft also features a kitchenette with high end cabinetry, custom tile back splash and under cabinet lighting.
