The Median is highly accessible and is near a lot of places esp if you want to do a city tour. It’s also a familiar airbnb location so modes of transpo (grab, taxi) is easy. It’s a private and quiet place to relax after a day of touring Cebu. Check in and check out is easy. We also got to use the building parking (with fee) which is very convenient for those who wants to rent private cars. The stay for 4 people is definitely worth the price too. Mae is a very responsive host and has given me recommendations on good restaurants and activities to try. She also provides clear instructions so everything had been seamless. Overall, it was a really great stay! Thank you so much!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful penthouse, and I cannot express enough how incredibly welcoming our host was. The place is conveniently located in IT Park, right across from Ayala Central Bloc Mall. We've stayed in a few other Airbnbs in the area, and this tower was by far the nicest. The gym was well-equipped and air-conditioned—a rare find. The unit itself was clean, modern, and spacious. The host was responsive and kindly allowed us to check in a bit early, which we really appreciated. Everything worked well, and we had a very comfortable stay.

The place is totally clean and cozy. I'm really particular with a clean place and the room was exactly what I expected to be. The pool is a plus! The wifi works well as well as the kitchen tools. I like how the host responded to my queries, she's really responsive. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay! The Airbnb was cozy and well-maintained, with a great kitchen. But what really impressed us were the little touches – embroidered towels and luxurious bathrobes! It was such an unexpected luxury, feeling more like a boutique hotel than a rental. The location was convenient, and the host was fantastic. We'd absolutely stay again.

Mike was an excellent host. He was very helpful in everything that i needed. Had to extend my stay for a few hours to wait for my flight at 11:30pm and he said no problem. Even helped me find someone in the area to print my boarding pass. Enjoyed the karaoke in the room. Will book here again next time

Superb accomodation.. ang ganda ng concept.. ang comfy ng bed and ganda ng lugar.. 2 downside- madaming dogs na kumakahol ket gabi na.. and walang peephole to see who's knocking at 2:30AM🫣 overall ok sya..

We had a lovely stay at Rachel’s place! The unit is cozy, tastefully decorated, and exactly like the photos—no surprises, which we appreciated. It felt welcoming and comfortable, with thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. Rachel was super responsive and always quick to reply, which made communication easy and stress-free. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in certain corners of the unit, but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we weren’t working remotely or streaming heavily. Overall, it was a great stay—clean, stylish, and in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I only stayed two nights at Cristy's place but it was a very comfortable stay and when I'm back in Cebu I'll be staying there again for sure. the view was great and the bed mega comfortable! Walking distance from the Ayala Mall and I was surprised how quiet it is inside the apartment from the sound outside. all in all, the perfect apartment for a solo trip to Cebu! The balcony was an added bonus.

The unit is cozy and clean. It looks exactly the same as shown in the description. It is relatively close to restaurants and IT Park but a bit far from the beach. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at.

We really enjoyed staying at Miriam & Malane’s place. Upon arriving at the place we saw a speaker with mic attached to it and started singing karaoke while relaxing a bit. The balcony view was breathtaking!! The place is accessible to nearby places to go, but we got lost the first day going to Ayala Malls (which is a funny experience for us) hahahaha the second day we opted to ask the lobby man for easiest route going to IT park, turns out there is another entrance/exit at the pool side. All in all the place and people were very accommodating. And we’d really love to come back. Thank you very much!

Great condo. We always book calyx because of its pool, friendly security, clean building and safe neighborhood. Janeth's unit is great. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely come back next visit
