Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Vista

It is a perfect place if you're looking to make a quick trip to Oceanside. We only stayed for a night and half a day, but it was perfect for what we needed, a place to sleep and quick access to downtown to attend celebrations with friends. Betsy was super communicative and friendly, no issues whatsoever.

Many thanks to Cody and the Team. We are Solana Beach local and we need a temporary home for about a week. Cody’s place is our No.1 pick based on the location and the value. It’s literally walking distance to the beach, perfect for surfers. Very convenient with a bunch of restaurants nearby. Before we find Cody’s place, we stayed at several hotels in the neighborhood, each and every of them requires 20-40mins on the freeway if commute to our home. Cody’s location is unbeatable. We enjoyed our stay at Cody’s and we can confidently say it’s in the best spot of Solana Beach, whether you come for hiking or surfing or just a peaceful weekend. Highly recommend, and thanks again for all the friendly reminders we received from the team.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

Our son was the primary guest at this property while he interned at a local law office. We were able to leave him and return to Texas feeling very comfortable with his accommodations. Location was perfect, centrally located, close to village dining and shopping as well as walk to the beach. He enjoyed his time and looks forward to another visit. We stayed at Christie’s apartment for two stays during a one week trip. Both stays were overall pleasant . Very nice view from the front balcony where you are able to see both the ocean and sunset, you are also able to hear the waves crash at night. Nice interior with plenty of space for two remote workers. Nice coffee shops within a walkable distance for lunch breaks and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were also many great restaurants within a few minutes drive of the apartment and a mall in Carlsbad 15 minutes away with many retailers. The only issue I ran into with our stays is one neighbor two houses down was rather hostile towards parking near her property, although it’s public street parking. Overall, I would stay again, I would just make it a point to park on the other side of the road.

We had an exceptional experience! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The garden was beautiful and we had such a peaceful stay. We were in town for a wedding at the Grand Tradition. It is literally 3 minutes away. Perfect location if you're in town for a wedding!

Thank you, Jack! This quaint home is nestled in the hills of Vista with incredibly easy access to the 78 and I-5. My husband, daughter and I enjoyed the space…it was the absolute perfect size for us. The kitchen was lovely and I especially loved the private patio for my morning coffee. Jack sent a video link that took me to a short video showing us how to check in and then walked the space to show us around prior to check in. I absolutely loved this and removed any question marks that a guest might have when arriving. Where’s the lock box? Where’s the thermostat? Etc. etc. The house wasn’t a mystery as it still can be with just photos. What a perfect touch for a stress free arrival and stay! Though we have family that lives in this exact neighborhood and we usually stay with them, I will absolutely be staying at Jack and Tina’s place again because it was that perfect. Highly recommend!!

This house was a amazing, my kiddo did not want to leave! Perfect for the kids- thank you, Armando! House was clean, organized and had everything I needed for the whole weekend. Truly felt at home.

It was a great and peaceful stay in the home. The host went above and beyond to make sure our vacation had no hiccups. Hosts are also very responsive. We will definitely be booking at this location plenty of more times.

Our party of 10 (including 3 kids ages 2/6/8 & 2 elderly people) stayed here for an extended family vacation and it was the perfect fit for us. The property was lovely & it felt like being at a villa. The room situation worked out great for us as my family of 4 stayed in the main house (kids on the sofa bed), my in-laws & BIL's family of 3 in the 2 primary bedrooms, & my single BIL in the private room next to the pool stairs. The kitchen was well-stocked for our needs & we did enjoy one afternoon in the pool since the weather was pretty cool. One of the reasons I booked this home was for the petting zoo that all ages ended up enjoying. We set up a time with the host & she graciously spent a good chunk of time letting us into the various fenced areas and sharing about her sweet animals. We got to visit with a llama, 2 pigs, several goats, a mini-horse, & a rad tortoise that my daughter and niece got to take a little ride on. Experience of a lifetime. Thank you for having us!

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and it was exactly the peaceful experience I needed in such a hectic week! We spent so much time lounging around chatting, enjoying the view & the outdoors. Sooooo so so calm and quiet.

Great place to stay. It was perfect for our young family. Plenty to do to keep kids entertained and not feel like we were crammed. Highly recommend!

This airbnb was conveniently located and was as advertised. Place was clean and the check-in process was seamless. Would definitely check out other Wander locations in the future.

We canceled our plan to go to the zoo because my kids love this place so much—they just want to stay here and play, and they don’t even want to leave.

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to visit my son, who is currently serving in the Marines. We were both able to rest deeply in a big, soft, comfortable bed something we hadn’t shared in a long time. The house had everything we needed; if I needed something from the kitchen, it was there. Nothing was missing. I was able to cook for him, we shared a beach day, and for a few days, it felt like we were home again. It was a safe, cozy, and truly special place. I’m deeply grateful for this week and for the joy of spending it with my son. 5 stars without a doubt! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe stay full of heart.

This place was definitely worth it, walking distance to the beach and the pool made it a favorite for us. Paul provided lots of fun beach accessories for us to use and the condo was clean and had what you needed. The patio is nice to have breakfast on and though the sliding door was really hard to open/close Paul said they were expecting a new one. It was so nice to have a refreshing outdoor space but just a bummer that due to the landscaping project it was a lil bit loud during the daytime when coming back to recoup but that’s kinda out of anyone’s control. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay again in the future.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

Our second stay here was Wonderful! So close to the beach and downtown Oceanside! Also, a fully stocked garage full of bikes, water toys and everything you could ever need.
