Walking distance to Medborgarplatsen, shopping, restaurants, bars and a wide range of activities. The accommodation is perfect for those who want to experience Stockholm in the best way!

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

The apartment is centrally located but quiet, and just a stone's throw from SoFo's charming neighborhood. In the area, there is the beautiful Vitabergsparken, but also some of Stockholm's best restaurants and charming bars. Enjoy the afternoon sun on the balcony or in the park next door, or have a beer at Skånegatan a couple of blocks away!

A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).
