Här bor du centralt med Södermalmspulsen precis utanför dörren, men ändå med ett lugnt och avkopplande rum som vetter mot en tyst innergård. Boendet ligger på 7:e våningen i ett höghus och har en privat ingång för en ostörd vistelse. Observera att hissen går upp till våning 6, och därefter finns det en trappa till våning 7. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).
