Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in a depto de Sergio and through him I reached this depto. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very accommodating. The depto. is very well located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Parque Arauco. It is at an important junction of Santiago and with excellent arteries to move around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everyone is spotless (the appliances: coffee machine, electric pava, toaster, hair dryer, etc are in perfect condition). The environments are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is a wonder!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thank you to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!

Suzana was super attentive from the time of booking to the time of the stay. He answered all the questions patiently. The space is very cozy, with two suites that accommodate two couples very well. We were able to check in smoothly at dawn without any difficulties. The entire apartment is very clean and well cared for.

11/10 recommend this super cozy 1BD Apartment. We felt right at home also did laundry which we appreciated 100%. It was easy to get to a bunch of places especially with the mall being a 10 minute max walk. Mitchell was so nice too, he helped us check in and explained everything about how certain things work. He even helped us fixed the shortage of power we created by having the US so we didn't know haha! Great stay.

The apartment is beautiful, very well kept and comfortable. It has everything a person or family could need and more. The stay was excellent, we were able to check in early, which for us was a very valuable gesture since we were traveling with a baby. They also left us a crib and bathtub so that our baby can also enjoy his vacation as if he were at home. Another detail, no less, was the tray with welcome snacks, they were delicious. Finally, I would like to highlight that the service is personalized and instant. It is undoubtedly an apartment to go to several times and recommend.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos: cozy, well decorated and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The building is super safe and the location is excellent, with a charming coffee shop on the corner, which offers impeccable service. It is about 20 minutes on foot from the main squares and tourist spots. We received food orders by app without any problems, the delivery was made directly at the reception, which was very practical. Communication with Lorel was great from start to finish, always attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is well equipped and ideal for two people. We had a very pleasant stay and we definitely recommend it

My stay was simply perfect! The apartment is exactly as in the photos: new, well decorated, very clean and comfortable. Check-in was super smooth, without any difficulties, and the host was always available and attentive throughout the stay. The street where the apartment is located is quieter, without much nightlife, but with several options nearby, which was great for resting and, at the same time, having easy access to bars and restaurants. I highly recommend it and, if I return to Chile, I would definitely stay again! I want to come back in the summer to enjoy the terrace. Thank you Felipe!

I have no words to describe the wonderful experience I had at Fernando's Airbnb, super helpful, friendly, dear, answered everything very quickly. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, easy access, kitchen with spices, tea, pots, everything I needed was there. I really enjoyed taking a bath and drinking wine, and the heater helped a lot in the cold. Wow, 1000 points
