what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

We booked the villa for our friends hen party weekend. Ana is the perfect host and the villa is absolutely stunning - the location is easily accessible by Uber at all hours but you may want a car for easy access to local supermarkets (less than 5 mins drive). The view is amazing and the villa has everything you could need and has a real authentic but luxury feel - Ana was always available for any questions, gave us amazing recommendations and we are so so grateful to have found this villa! Would not hesitate to recommend booking! Ana, you’re the best!

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

We had the most incredible stay at this beach rental! Tucked away near hidden, wild, and pristine beaches, the house offers a breathtaking view of the sea and Rt Veslo—an absolute gem of a location. The house itself was amazing—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for two families. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What truly made our experience unforgettable were the hosts. Anže and his girlfriend were not only incredibly kind and welcoming, but also outstanding hosts. They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and made us feel truly at home. Their warmth and hospitality added so much to our trip. We can’t wait to come back—this place is a hidden paradise!

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Larisa’s apartment in Montenegro. The apartment was very well maintained, spotless, and exactly as described — with a stunning view of the mountains and a well-kept swimming pool that made our time there even more relaxing. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from Kotor Old Town and the bay, making it a great base for exploring the area. It was perfect for a family stay — quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Larisa had provided all the necessary instructions in advance, including a clear and helpful instruction booklet in the apartment. Larisa was extremely attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to Olga for her proactive and genuine helpfulness throughout — it made a real difference to our experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Kotor area — it’s definitely worth it.

Puhdas asunto ja omistaja vastasi nopeasti sekä oli auttavainen. Allasalue oli todella siisti myös! Maisemat olivat todella kauniit, varsinkin auringonlaskun aikaan. Ei moitittavaa.

We had a really good time in Anna‘s beautiful apartment, especially the view was absolutely gorgeous and we will keep fond memories of this holiday. Anna was very responsive and helpful at all times. We certainly hope to be back at some point.

Zorans place was a fantastic few days for us in Kotor. The apartment is decorated amazingly well with accent and mood lighting make it extremely modern almost futuristic. The location could not have been better as it was just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the old city. The bed was super comfortable although the bedroom was quite bright in the morning due to black out blinds only being on one window. The car park was easy to park and to get in and out of to do day trips such as to the cable car. Inside the apartment was very comfortable with good A/C and the sauna was an incredible addition. The main problem we had was finding the place and navigating the one way system and picking the correct entrance - so we actually had to do a few laps and contact the host when we were lost. Once we knew where it was it was very easy to get in and out again. We would 100% want to stay there again though as the location is incredible.

Einfach nur perfekt. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte und sich denn noch wie zuhause fühlen möchte kann ich Molunat und die Unterkunft von Maeta wirklich empfehlen. Sehr sauber und mit allen was man braucht ausgestattet. Marta ist super nett und hat viele Tipps für Unternehmungen usw.. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Très bel appartement, vue incroyable, très bien équipé et à proximité de la plage. Plage privée et public avec toujours de la place. Situé entre Perast et Kotor , véhicule indispensable( attention à la circulation souvent embouteillée ). Natalya a toujours été réactive a nos demandes.

We had a great stay here. Check in was very easy and the apartment is exactly as described and comes well equipped with everything that you’d need. It is around a 30 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, the supermarket is a short walk down the road. We would stay here again

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Petars Unterkunft! Das Airbnb ist super ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche und der Grillbereich draußen haben uns begeistert), Petar ist sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet und Check-in und Check-out haben sehr unkompliziert funktioniert. Im Ort selbst gibt es nicht so viel zu entdecken, wir fanden die Lage für Erkundungstouren mit dem Auto aber super. Die Unterkunft ist an einem sehr sehr steilen Hang gelegen, am besten man parkt unten an der Straße und läuft die letzten Hundert Meter zu Fuß. Einen Morgen hatten wir kein Wasser, Petar hat aber direkt geantwortet, dass das manchmal vorkäme, und kurze Zeit später ging es auch wieder.

We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. This place was beautiful, we had stunning views every morning and plenty of space for me and 3 friends. It was walking distance to Portonovi resort where our friend’s wedding was happening and our host Danilo and the cleaning lady were super helpful and responsive. A clean and well-built bathroom makes all the difference when you are away from home and this was one was pristine with good water pressure, temperature, ventilation and easy-to-use controls. We were all super pleased, thank you <3
