Holiday rentals with beach access in Vitória

very nice place, clean, complete, organized, easy access, only the garage is very tight, low cars are difficult to access, the bottom gets in and out or truck does not enter because it is low in height, but there is a parking lot next to it, in front of the americanas that is very top and safe. super i recommend it

The apartment is really very good, everything is very clean, super cozy, I felt at home all the time there. Mariana is very attentive, always making sure to ask if everything is okay and if she needs anything! The floor is high, the building has an easy entrance and exit, it is very busy, and there is even one of those mini markets on the ground floor. Loved the stay and would definitely come back!

Eliana is very attentive and friendly, gave me good recommendations and made herself available for whatever I needed. Your accommodation is identical to the listing, very spacious, very clean, with a lot of privacy and tranquility. Near a mall and everything we may need. I'll come back other times.

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

The environment is well located, close to the beach, you can walk there easily. The space itself is great, everything is very tidy and tasteful. Excellent for those who want to enjoy a few days in the city! And Marcio is always available for questions and to assist the guest. I highly recommend it!

I've stayed with these hosts before, and as always, everything flowed super well. The communication is easy, they are attentive and the check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and air-conditioned in all the rooms (plus point). A point of attention: The neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and is reputed to be dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Township Improvement Suggestions: put blackout curtain on the bedrooms (even the light on the pole hinders those with light sensitivity) and the double bed mattress is uncomfortable. By contrast, single beds and auxiliaries are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not even a bad thing but in my view it bothered me a little, it was the protection screen that hinders the view and prevents from appreciating such a blz... I booked Ana Paula's place for the weekend as I was visiting Vila Velha for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, just like the photos. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beach. There were also restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby so very convenient. Communication and instructions prior to arrival were also great. I would highly recommend Ana Paula's place and would stay again if I return to Vila Velha.
