The house is HUGE, with many amenities, comfortable and too good price. I wish I could've stayed longer!

Although I rented the house of this listing, I stayed on Kitnet (which was below the listing house). So my comment is about kitnet. It was a great cost-benefit. The structure as a whole is good. You need to go down a small easy to access staircase. It has a common area in this part of the underside shared with another house. The bedroom window for this shared space, but it has a curtain. On the door of the room, which leads to the common space, there are small windows. The bathroom has a tbm window, only the kitchen that does not. The room is super-set: good air conditioning, good bed, TV with hometheater. The shower is good. The kitchen is equipped with:microwave, airfrayer, shear, small fridge, stove, blender and a plastic table with 2 plastic chairs. The location is good: de Uber was at the beach, shopping and restaurants in 10 - 15 min and it was possible to stroll with the dogs on the street. I've stayed with these hosts before, and as always, everything flowed super well. The communication is easy, they are attentive and the check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and air-conditioned in all the rooms (plus point). A point of attention: The neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and is reputed to be dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Township Improvement Suggestions: put blackout curtain on the bedrooms (even the light on the pole hinders those with light sensitivity) and the double bed mattress is uncomfortable. By contrast, single beds and auxiliaries are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Conrado received me with attention and dedication. It was helpful to relax my check-in and checkout. He always replied swiftly. The home was clean and organized.

Great house, Elisangela always answered all our questions, excellent host! The only problem in reality is about Uber a little hard to find. But about the house and host we have nothing to complain about.

The stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, well organized and very cozy. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and super well located, with everything nearby — supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shops in general. You can get a lot done on foot! Luis responded quickly to our questions and was always willing to help us. Overall, it was 10/10.
