An 18th century holiday cottage, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have an entire separate house in which there is a common room on the ground floor with a kitchenette, a separate toilet and a bathroom, along with a Finnish sauna made of linden wood and in the attic two bedrooms with a layout, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). Everything in Šumavský Podlesí. You can use the garden and a seating area with barbecue facilities. Guests have full privacy.

In the heart of pine forests awaits a cozy wooden cottage from the 1930s, just 40 min from Prague. A large fenced garden with a BBQ, a fire pit, and a refreshing pool invite you to relax and unwind. Here, you can connect with nature and disconnect from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage is prepared for a comfortable stay for six guests, and we can accommodate one extra person. To offer you this unique experience, at the end of your stay, you only pay for energy and firewood.

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

I offer accommodation in a holiday cottage with a lockable garden, which is only for you. Around is beautiful nature for bicycles, hiking and winter hiking. The cottage is equipped as a standard, kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, bathroom, underfloor heating and fireplace, in the attic there is a bedroom with 4 beds, of which there is one 140 cm wide bed (for 2 persons),TV, possibility of parking in the garden, fireplace, grill, seating, pets allowed.

In the area you can visit many interesting places, especially the historical Kouřim (6 km) and the open-air museum, Sázavsko (Sázava 15 km) , Kutná Hora ( Kutná Hora 25 km), Kolín ( Kolín 23 km), etc.
