We offer an apartment in the quiet village of Doubravčany. It is located in the Central Bohemian Region near the town of Kouřim. It is possible to visit many interesting places in the area. This area is great for cycling, for a family with children. The apartments are modernly equipped, it is possible to use the outdoor garden with a grill and outdoor kitchen. It is possible to stay with a dog, by prior arrangement. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, children's swings and sandpit. Outdoor entertainment is located in the Bohemica Apartment 1 on a large garden.

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Cozy apartment in the countryside

Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. The large natural meadow is also available for guests. The flat has a separate entrance and two separately accessible bedrooms. Details in description below.

In the bedroom there is a big bed and in the living room coach is transformed into the bed as well. The apartment is sunny and light, with heigh ceiling and nice view to the city center. Near the apartment there are a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops as well as bus stop and station.

It is embedded in a quiet four-sided farm, about 5 km away from the climatic health resort of Hauzenberg. In addition to many leisure activities around Hauzenberg, it is also a central starting point for activities in the Bavarian Forest or in the three-river city of Passau.
