Family-friendly holiday rentals in Vogorno

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Luka is a very friendly and pleasant person. as soon as you arrive, he is there to welcome you and explain the entire stay in French or English. We only stayed one night but it was very nice... Thanks See you soon ✌️

Very spacious apartment with a lot of rooms, nice big balcony. The temperature of the apartment was comfortable, not to warm despite the temperature outside. The apartment is close to a few nice restaurants, the lakeside, a supermarket and gelatostore. It is also possible to cook yourself in the kitchen, there are enough utensils etc. We slept really well because the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We were happy with the free parking spot in the garage. Decent pricing. We would definitely recommend.

Sonia's Airbnb is breathtaking. The view of Lake Como is even more beautiful than the photos in the listing. Sonia is a wonderful host - she provides recommendations, answered all of my questions and always made sure that we had everything we needed. I wished we had explored the lake with her on her sailboat so if you get the opportunity I would book it! The only thing I would advise future renters is that the road to Sonia's Airbnb in Brunate is VERY, VERY narrow and winds around and around. It is very easy to get lost and go down the wrong street. If you're renting car, try to get the smallest car possible - it will help you to maneuver the narrows roads. There is a funicular stop close to the house so you could walk there and take it to Como or to the top of Brunate. It is much easier to get off at the top of Brunate and walk downhill to the house. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

Lisa and her family were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts. They met us shortly after we arrived helped us park our van and carry in our bags. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and we ended up booking a lovely boat ride on Lake Como with Lisa as our captain. The apartment was as pictured and was comfortable for our family. Thanks again!

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at this place and felt comfortable from the first moment. Serge proved to be an outstanding host, not only extremely friendly and likeable, but also extraordinarily helpful and always committed to our well-being. Right after our arrival, Serge took the time for a detailed house tour and gave us valuable insider tips for the area. His recommendations for restaurants where to dine well, as well as for interesting activities and worth seeing excursions were helpful. The view from the property was breathtaking. A special highlight was the hot tub, which was just the place to relax after an eventful day. We are sure this was not our last visit with Serge and in his fantastic accommodation. We can fully recommend this place and Serge as a host!

We were very warmly welcomed and super instructed. A wonderful place to unwind, right from the house you can hike wonderfully. The view on the lake is magnificent, for us with two dogs the location was perfect, everything easily accessible and yet completely relaxed. The equipment is great, from hot water bottle to lemon press, everything is available. We enjoyed the stay to the fullest, but unfortunately a week was much too short. 😁 Everything was tiptop!

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

This is a beautiful apartment in a prime location that has a parking spot, but you don't need a car. The apartment is a very short walk to the lake ferry service, the town square and a C10 bus stop. You can walk to Menaggio Piazza Roma Bus station in under 10 minutes if you want to take the bus to Lugano, Switzerland. The apartment is beautiful, with historic decor and modern conveniences and a lovely terrace. You can hear some street noises, but the apartment is very private. Roxana is very easy to communicate with. Thank you Roxana! We enjoyed our stay!

We spent five very nice days on Isola Bella and from there explored the sights by boat. The accommodation is highly recommended, breakfast and dinner in the Delfino restaurant as well. Francesca was very friendly and quick to reach.

We absolutely loved staying here. The location in Bellano was so charming and peaceful and the apartment is close to the ferry and bus stop. Downstairs we found an awesome gelato spot and some cute restaurants! Marco went above and beyond to communicate and check up on our stay. Everything was clean and modern. The unit was also very spacious. Comfy beds. Nothing bad to say!

Roberta’s home is AMAZING! It’s spacious, in a great location, and has the best view especially for sunset. We loved being right at the edge of city center and a quieter space to relax while being no more than 10 min walk to the furthest restaurant. Don’t forget to look at Roberta’s beautiful paintings around the house and stop at her shop down the road! We’ll certainly stay here again.

It was fantastic to stay right on the lake with a private patio. We cooked dinner one night and walked to a restaurant the other night of our stay. Beautiful views. Swans visited the water below the patio. I enjoyed the layout with high ceiling and bed on the second floor. The air conditioning worked well - which was great after the journey to the lake on a hot day. We also made pasta in Lierna - with Annamaria, and went swimming in the lake. Great experience staying in Bellano.

We spent 10 days in the beautiful apartment, which left nothing to be desired. The view is fantastic, the location is quiet and idyllic. You could buy the essentials in a few minutes in a small nearby shop. We highly recommend the place. If you're looking for a break, you'll find it there.

Absolutely LOVED staying at Anna's apartment! We adored Argegno - a lovely historic town that was much quieter than surrounding towns. Anna's apartment was spacious and the terrace and views were breathtaking. Anna was a wonderful host who was very quick to communicate. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, the view was breathtaking, and somehow, everything was even better than the photos. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was our host, Christian. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond carrying our bags, getting us reservations at the best restaurants, and even arranging transportation. One of the restaurants even surprised me with a birthday candle! Christian had clearly gone the extra mile to make it special. Every detail was thoughtful, every need anticipated. Between the service, the location, and the care we were shown, this stay exceeded every expectation. Absolutely worth it.

Clear recommendation 😍 Communication was great and quick response. The view from the balcony is really like a picture book. We were always alone at the pool and from there you also have a great panoramic view. Parasol etc. was all available. Check-in well described and easy. Apartment looks like in the pictures (couch is a little small for two but matches the photos). Location also perfect, the ferry docks at the port in Gravedona and you can easily get from A to B. The city is within walking distance and very authentic compared to other places on Lake Como, which are only overrun by tourists.

Amazing place in Lake como. A little ways away from the more popular towns but a very charming and quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the amazing view and infinity pool view which was incredible. I would definitely stay again.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this apartment!. The view was phenomenal!!!. The apartment itself was perfect for our group, plenty of space and 3 balconies where we could admire the views of the lake. The apartment is in such a perfect position and location. It is definitely THE BEST view of the lake. We did have a car and found this useful but it’s only a 20-25 min walk (uphill) and in my opinion it wasn’t too bad. Varenna was lovely, the scenery absolutely stunning and it’s been an amazing trip!. The hosts were great and had great communication. Thanks again for a great stay! We would recommend!

It was a very nice stay. We liked the location, the view of the lake and the beautiful pool very much. Only the parking spaces are a bit too small. Many thanks to Alberto, who is an excellent host.

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).
