Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The house is ideally placed between Lyon- Grenoble- Chambéry near the mountains, in the middle of the Dauphin countryside. (Lyon 30mn, Chambéry25mn, Grenoble 30mn) .The accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with children). EUREXPO is within 30 minutes. Nearby (3 minutes) you will find all the shops you may need.

Close to the city center of Voiron, in the heart of the chartreuse natural park. Numerous points of interest nearby: - Lake Aiguebelette and Paladru, - hiking and mountain biking trails, - trail and ski resort in Saint Pierre de Chartreuse. - Crossey's stables. - Fishing pond and river near 3/4 of an hour from Lyon, Grenoble and Chambéry. Recent, well-equipped place. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and small groups.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
