It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive

You will enjoy very large space indoors and out. It has a capacity of 1 to 16 people with a living room of more than 60 m², 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The cottage is adjoining our house but not facing it. The entrance and parking are independent.

We have 2 cats , they may visit you, but they are good pasta
