You can relax in our beautiful detached, fully furnished nature cottage. It is located on a quiet country road, surrounded by old oaks overlooking our (sheep) pasture. A cozy wooden veranda on the south-west, fully covered and heated with 2 wall heaters. So you can always sit outside and enjoy the beautiful skies and setting sun. Peace and quiet and lots of privacy. Due to the electric fireplace and floor heating, the house is also very suitable for the winter period.

Because it is made of sustainable materials, the atmosphere, warmth and acoustics are wonderful. Put your chair in the orchard, and enjoy the many birds in the garden and around the house. Or enjoy the buzzing bees flying above the green roof. Apeldoorn, Zwolle but especially Deventer are very easy to reach.

Our guesthouse is completely new, we have converted an existing shed into a spacious and modern guesthouse of about 50 m2. This guesthouse is suitable for 2 people and has all the facilities that offer the comfort you need during your stay. We live next to the residence, but it is completely separate from each other. Parking is free and in front of the door and we also have access to charge your electric car. Check-in from 15:00 .

Rural location with plenty of outdoor space, large playground and private parking for 12 cars. 7 bedrooms have a private bathroom, 1 of which is suitable for the disabled. In the farmhouse, there is a large central space where you can dine and recreate together.
