Private Estate “De Kleikamp” with swimmingpool

This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. We hope you will feel at home and love the house as much as we do!

Lovely house with garden in the heart of Deventer

Heart of Deventer and yet peace and space! This lovely house with garden is located in a quiet neighborhood in the city center, a 5-minute walk from Brink and IJssel and 10 minutes from the station. You park for free under the house. All the comforts you need! We normally live here with four of us and rent out during our holidays. National monument from 1621

Always wanted to stay in one of the oldest houses of Deventer? Fortunately, in my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621), there is still much of the history in tact; the high anteroom, the low old first floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house even date back to the 14th century and survived the great city fire in that century. The house is located in a quiet street a stone's throw away from the IJssel and the best restaurants that Deventer owns.

Welkom op onze idyllische IJsselhoeve. Hier, temidden van het Sallandse platteland hebben wij onze voormalige jongveestal omgebouwd tot 2 plattelandskamers. De naam Het Stenenkruis is geïnspireerd op het Stenenkruis van de Eikelhof, een monument dat op ons erf staat. Op ons terras kunt u genieten van het uitzicht op onze weilanden, terwijl onze nieuwsgierige koeien u de hele dag door gezelschap houden. There is complete privacy and a beautiful view from the terrace, the kitchen and bedroom over the nature reserve. Waking up to the view of wild deer from your bed. Within a stone's throw away, there are beautiful hiking trails through the Lampenbroek and the Empe-Tondense heath, and beautiful cycling routes to the Veluwe start.

Romantic detached cottage with large veranda

You can relax in our beautiful detached, fully furnished nature cottage. It is located on a quiet country road, surrounded by old oaks overlooking our (sheep) pasture. A cozy wooden veranda on the south-west, fully covered and heated with 2 wall heaters. So you can always sit outside and enjoy the beautiful skies and setting sun. Peace and quiet and lots of privacy. Due to the electric fireplace and floor heating, the house is also very suitable for the winter period.

Own cottage on farmyard

Nice place to go on foot or by bike in the beautiful Salland landscape. The cottage is located on the grounds of our farm and was originally a pig barn. There are various animals on the farm (ponies, dogs, cats, chickens and a rabbit). The cozy city of Deventer is 10 km away today and Zwolle is 30 km away. For a regular guest, the days are blocked every other week. These days can often be reserved in consultation, so please indicate this in your request.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It’s best suited for 2-4 people as the bedroom is fully equipped with a huge kingsize bed and the basement that coveres 35m2 is also perfect for another 2 people. We also have a baby so there is a room for a child from 8-16 months old including toys. The house is located just 10 min from the city center and bursts with activity
