Summer house close to water and forest.

90 m2 spacious cottage in quiet area on Nordfalster. Only 100 meters to a shared children's and adult pool (open mid-June-ultimo August). 50 meters of crow flies to Guldborgsund, and about 250 meters to a small beach, where there is also a bathing jetty. Just 8 minutes from the highway, so very centrally located in relation to Lolland, Falster, Møn and Zealand, where lots of sights are within 1 hour's reach. The house has fiber network, TV, and all necessary service and appliances, to have a comfortable holiday.

Nordic funkis villa with pool in the summer and heated spa on the terrace in the winter and large sunny garden in the countryside. Beach nearby and charming towns and villages within 15 km.
