Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Võru County

We rented this apartment because it is close to the border between Estonia and Russia. It is only 12 km. The apartment is spacious and has a sauna. It is very quiet and surrounded by green Estonian forests. Our goal was to stay close to the border, but for those who love nature and want to visit Estonia it is a great place. The host is very kind and helpful.

Very comfy, private and near to city centre! Definitely recommend!

Had a nice and snowy weekend at the place. All what is needed for a weekend away from the city was there. Hosts are very friendly, responsive and supportive. Found a solution to all that was needed. The surroundings are beautiful. Nearby a sports complex, lakes, skiing and hiking trails. The complex also has an authentic wood heated sound together with two small bonds. Nice way to heat you up and cool you down again after an exhausting day in the countryside. There was also a possibility of charging an EV. I would really like to visit this place also during summertime!

A beautiful and cozy house on private grounds. The house has everything you need. Excellent sauna, comfortable sleeping accommodations, fireplace. Very quiet surroundings.

Great place for larger groups or for a big family. Living room and kitchen were huge, so were the bedrooms. Really nice backyard with access to a lake. Pühajärve SPA and pool are just across the street and beautiful lake Pühajärv with picturesque trails just couple hundred meters away. Hanna is a wonderful host—always responsive and clear with instructions. The sauna was not operational in the main house, but Hanna kindly let us use the house next door just for the sauna. We highly appreciate it. Overall, our group enjoyed the weekend a lot, and we would highly recommend Hanna's place for everyone.

There was 8 of us, 4 kids and 4 adults. We had a great time.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Voru. Walking distance to the lake is 5 minutes. Good bed, excellent wifi, beautiful bathroom and kitchen. The entire apartment is stylishly decorated and equipped with every comfort. Parking in front of the door in a parking space behind the apartment. This is closed in the evening and can be opened with a remote control if necessary. There is not much to do in Voru itself. We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, so we were able to relax by the lake.

Nice little renovated flat in an old soviet block house on the edge of the village. Easy lockbox checkin. Beds are one foldout couch and one single foldable bed. Some parts of the apartment looked like they're still being improved renovations-wise, but surely will be soon.

Newly furnished apartment, everything as described, clean & complete. Heating with fireplace (wood), this works well - once heated, the stove keeps the heat for 24 hours. Good communication with the owner, quick, proactive and clear. Perfect for our stay in winter for two for a few days near the cross-country trails of Haanja.

The apartment was exactly what we needed. The dog was comfortable, there was more space than it looked in the pictures. The location was very good for us. Thank you!

Nice, quiet apartment. Plenty of room for two, there's also a small table to make a home office in between. Whose toes are afraid of the cold, warm socks included :) (slippers provided on site, but I prefer my own stuff).

This place is a hidden gem in the far corner of Estonia. It has charming intentional retro vibes with a minimalist twist. The flat gets very cosy, especially with a wood-heated fireplace.

beautiful, quite country side get-away in a cosy and spacious wooden house. 20m ride away from a town where you can find some nice restaurants, a beach and larger grocery store. a little unfortunate thing is that you can't swim in the pound as there are a lot of weeds and leeches, so we ended up not renting the sauna or hot tub as there wasn't a place to instantly refresh. however in colder months that wouldn't be a problem at all. very pleased with how quite and private the place felt like. also we'll equipped with different cooking utensils, as well as a grill and a washing machine.

All good. I give 4 and not 5 because of the place but the weather (rained all the time), hence I feel I paid too much… Also we had a tiny issue with bedding. The place had many games and equipment, very well furnished!

We spent Midsummer's Day in this lovely cabin, and we were very satisfied with everything. The neighborhood is comfortably peaceful, and there is also a netball court and lake nearby. The house itself is much bigger in reality than it looks in the pictures, and the owners of the house are very friendly and helpful!😊
