Holiday rentals with a patio in Voždovac

Perfect place to stay, close to everything. You have coffee bars, restaurants, gym, the surroundings are very beautiful, peaceful area. We enjoyed at maximum and we cannot wait to come back. With Ivana we communicate very good, always responsive and the apartment was exactly like in pictures, very nice, clean, you don’ miss nothing inside. We had a wonderful stay in Aleksandar’s apartment over 4 nights. It’s in a really central location with excellent coffee places and bars on the surrounding streets. Most importantly the apartment was super clean and had everything we needed in terms of functionality and luxury. The shower was always hot and powerful and the aircon was great considering we had 35 degree heat everyday! Thanks again!

Loved our stay here in Belgrade. The host was perfect, always approachable and super friendly, best and friendliest I’ve encountered on Airbnb. Location was amazing with everything close by including public transport. The Airbnb was exactly as expected, more than comfy for the 3 nights I was here, along with having air conditioning (which was needed with the heat!) and a good sized shower along with TV. Would definitely come back to this when back in Belgrade, as I know we’d have absolutely no issues with the host or place. Thank you again! :)

Amazing apartment and very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended! Apartment building is brand new and the apartment itself is very roomy with great layout, neigbourhood is quiet. Really, no negatives.

Zeljko is very kind and responsive. He gives me recommendations about shops and other stuff. The only problem was there was a little bit dirty washing machine when I arrived but it wasn't hard to solve

It was great staying at Ksenija and Damjan house! We were a big group of 7 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. The house is spacious, fairly modern and it did felt like home. It is located 10-15 minutes taxi ride from city centre. There are also some nice traditional Serbian restaurants in the walking distance that we really enjoyed!

I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

Our stay at Milan’s home in Surčin was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had on Airbnb. We arrived very late, and Milan kindly stayed up to welcome us with genuine warmth. The next morning, he invited us to enjoy tea in his beautiful garden, where we shared a heartfelt conversation as he passionately taught us about the rich history of Serbia. We also had the pleasure of meeting his wonderful family, who made us feel like we were part of their home. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of travel. But what truly makes this place special is Milan himself. He is, without a doubt, the best host we’ve ever met on Airbnb—thoughtful, kind, and deeply hospitable. If you’re traveling through Serbia and want more than just a place to stay, but a meaningful experience you’ll never forget, book this home. We left with full hearts and new friends. Ognjen and Tijana are the perfect hosts. They are truly the best hosts I've ever had on airbnb. They communicate well and provide the guest with whatever they need. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is extremely convenient and in a beautiful neighborhood in Belgrade with lots to do and see. We had the most amazing stay at this apartment in Belgrade! Everything was spotless, easily one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for exploring the city, but what truly made the stay exceptional was the host, Milos. He was helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Out of all the accommodations we’ve stayed in over the past few months, this one is definitely in our top two. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade. You won’t be disappointed! Stayed in Aneta’s apartment for the second time. Still unbeatable experience in the center of Belgrade.

This is a really beautiful and luxurious place! Everything you need is within a 2–3 minute walk—restaurants, grocery stores, and more. I definitely recommend staying here!

Milos’ apartment is ideally located in the city center, it couldn’t have been better located. It’s also clean and spacious. The lady of the check-in speaks Serbian only, but she was nice, understanding and we could understand each other using a translation app. Sometimes it gets noisy at nights due to the proximity to the center, but the bedroom isn’t close to the window, so I could sleep without problem. Milos is nice and accommodating, he offered a lift from and to the airport. A minor issue is that there’s no shower curtain, so you have to crouch in order to take a shower not to flood the bathroom, but it’s doable. Also don’t forget to bring soap and shampoo as I did, but there’s a store right next to the apartment in any case. I definitely recommend Milos’ apartment for a trip to Belgrade! I’d even book it once again for my next trip. I had an amazing stay, thank you Milos!
