Studio apartman Park nalazi se u centru grada Osijeka, u dijelu grada poznatom po prekrasnim secesijskim zgradama. Preko puta apartmana nalazi se park sa klupama za odmor i dječjim igralištem. Uz apartman Park nalazi se Caffe bar Cadillac gdje se vikendom možete zabaviti uz rock glazbu- ulaz u klub se ne naplaćuje.Autobusni i željeznički kolodvor udaljeni su pet minuta hoda od Apartmana Park. Tvrđa, stari dio grada nalazi se svega desetak minuta hoda od apartmana Park.
