The building is the main entrance gate from the historical center of the Třebíč - Karlovo náměstí monument zone, through the extremely sensitively reconstructed courtyard wing of the hotel on the banks of the Jihlava River, to the newly built footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists, which leads directly to the center of the Jewish Town and further to the castle complex of Třebíč with the Basilica of St. Procopius.

In summer, we like to sit on the wide steps and watch the murmuring stream right by the cottage. The interior of the cottage was decorated with love. One hundred and fifty years old floorboards add to the atmosphere of the old times. In the Hygge cottage you can enjoy the sweetest sleep in one of the best handmade beds in the world from Hastens. A Cedar bath barrel is also prepared for guests!!!

We rent them 6 rooms (see cabins) with a kitchenette and common room with a fireplace, sauna, gym with table tennis, there is a bike storage in the lobby. In front of the mill is a large fire pit and smokehouse, various barbecue utensils are available.
