Top accommodation. Fully meets the wishes for a pleasant stay.

In 2016, I already spent a weekend with friends in the Coach House. I liked that, so just booked again. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Sjoerd and Jeltsje. Fresh eggs, flowers and a welcome card on the table. The Carriage House is an oasis of peace just a few minutes from Dokkum. Behind the cottage you can enjoy the beautiful view from the wind in the spring sun. Also nice that we were free to take a look in the stables. In the evening we had a nice glass of wine in the hot tub. The downside was the extra cost; the hot tub was more expensive than listed on Airbnb and it was also not indicated that we had to pay extra for the towels (€15 for 5). Too bad, because we would have brought them ourselves. Nevertheless, it is and remains a great place to relax and enjoy.

The house is sensational. Very impressive high rooms, huge and very tastefully furnished. There is everything you need. You can park right in front of the house. Just right for our family trip (10 person). We wanted a quiet house near the North Sea. Sandra and Nic are great host. We can all recommend the house.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It really is a great location for a family vacation. All bedrooms are very spacious and have a private bathroom. Jan Gerben and Rinske are very warm and we felt at home immediately. We will definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable in the house. It was as described and everything was available for a successful vacation. The location of the house is great for families! The beach, shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Theo answered any questions quickly and kindly.

A fantastic house really equipped with every comfort. Wonderful to relax with hot tub and sauna. Theo communicates clearly and ensures that everything is arranged for a carefree stay. Central location within walking distance of the beach and easy to get to Nes by bus or taxi. Eatcafé De Boerderij is also highly recommended for dining (within walking distance of Vila 22).

Very pleasant stay with 10 friends, something different than a standard holiday home, which makes it fun. Friendly atmosphere in and outside the house, friendly neighbours. In addition, excellent and fast communication by Anco. All questions were answered quickly and clearly.

Amazing place directly at the sea!

Very nice house near the center of Ballum. Our dog liked to lie on the nice terrace. In the morning you can have breakfast in the sun and in the evening you can also have a drink in the sun.

Even though we had a very wet weekend, we had many opportunities to have a good time. Whether it was on the boat, in the village, where you could sit very comfortably everywhere, or of course in Anneke's house. Everything was available there, just like at home, and we always made ourselves comfortable in the evening with the family. Thanks for the stay.

What a wonderful place Pean Outside is! Beautiful, warm, cozy cottages, built with an eye for nature and the surroundings. Beautiful views, the food forest, an eye for nature & environment (building material of the cottages, waste separation, food reuse, cottages built on "poles", bird feed spots etc)...everything is thought of. Natasja is also a nice, welcoming host, with an eye for her guests. I'll definitely be back here!

A very cozy cottage with a huge nice, large enclosed garden where you will certainly make yourself and your four-legged friend very happy. Lots of privacy. The cottage is perfectly arranged and everything has been thought of … we can't think of anything that felt like it was missing. The two of us could manage just fine with the small shower. The 2 beautiful washbasins in both bedrooms compensated for the lack of space. We greatly enjoyed it! And we are once again amazed by the beautiful nature! Regards, Jan, Elfi and Bowie the dog

We were thrilled with the covered terrace, so we could sit outside in the shade in the rain or in the strong sun. We rented a dinghy for the week and were able to dock it directly at the jetty. There are very nice routes on the canals from here. We enjoyed it very much.

Gerda and Bob are hospitable and very correct. Their bnb is a surprise, a small theater and cinema, very nice and cozy. We were one from Doetinchem to spend the night after a visit to the disco boat in Makkum. The beds were good, slept wonderfully, wonderful shower and rustic spacious shower room and wonderfully cared for breakfast. Well rested and from Gerda and Bob to Franeker Planetarium Eise Eisinga and Wadden Center Afsluitdijk.

Cozy cottage, nicely decorated, nice host and clean. I will definitely come back sometime!

We had a wonderful time last weekend! Unfortunately, the weather was not optimal all the time, spending time in the chalet was absolutely no punishment for this reason. Upon entering, it smells wonderfully clean, living area more than spacious enough for six people. We will definitely book with the same landlord again in the future. Thank you very much for the quick communication and the service provided.

The stay in Imke's apartment was very relaxing. The quiet location and the beautiful landscape of Ameland with fine beach, wind, dunes, many birds and very nice residents is highly recommended. The apartment, in which you can easily live as a couple with one or two younger children, is furnished for self-catering. All cabinets and drawers are very practical and space-saving and contain everything for basic needs. If you spend a lot of time outside, the space is sufficient. The bathroom with bathtub is spacious.

Very nice cottage in a super location. Lots of fun toys + play shed for the kids!

Second time staying and we really enjoyed our stay with our small dog. We cannot travel abroad by plane with him so this is a great option to have holiday together. Nice quiet location just outside the village but still very close-by for supermarket and cafes. Easy access for a walk to the beach and to the dunes. Lots of rabbits jumping around. The swimming pool is an added bonus for the rainy days. We loved there, people are very friendly everywhere we go. Thank you for having us, we hope to return.

What a super cozy and cozy chalet. Very nicely decorated and a beautiful location by the water. Renting a sloop is a fantastic naturalness in Friesland, but we have also enjoyed the cycling routes and the crossing with the many ferries. I'd love to come back!!!

This must be the cottage with the most beautiful view of the whole park. Grazing sheep with lambs right in front of the window, wide view over the meadows towards Menaam. is also centrally located. Leeuwarden, Franeker, Holwerd and Harlingen are all easily accessible
