Holiday rentals with breakfast in Waikato District

We wish we could stay in Hamilton one more day because we enjoyed the city so much. And Alex’s place is definitely one of our highlights in Hamilton. All of my families are very satisfied with the experience. Good location, comfortable beds and amenities beyond our expectations. All the details showed how considerate the host is to anyone who will stay at her place. Alex is very proactive and responsive in communication and she prepared baby’s stuff for me which was really useful. More importantly, she helped me recover my lost personal item after checkout. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Frida’s Cottage. It was quiet & peaceful with a fantastic view of the mountains and sea. The cottage is tastefully furnished and nicely decorated with ambient lighting. Well equipped kitchen and spotless bathroom. High quality bed linen and a very comfortable bed. Loved the treats! Would definitely recommend. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

The Range View Cottage was a perfect tranquil retreat. The view from the outdoor seating area, and large windows from inside, was so green and beautiful. It was lovely to arrive to a spotless yet comfortable cottage, and the welcome loaf of bread and bottle of wine was an added bonus. Everything you could need is provided. Personally, it was nice to be a little away from the surf and tourist vibes of Raglan (one does need a car though if they plan to get into Raglan or to hit the beach and surf). Overall I would recommend the Range View Cottage to anyone!

Matt's Place was easy to find, had room for our trailer, it was very clean inside, very warm and had a gift pack when we arrived. The beds were also comfy, We can't fault it, it was also not too far from fielddays, thanks again Matt, was pleased the Chiefs beat the Brumbies, might be in ChCh for the final, all the best for the future, regards Terry, Rochelle and family 🙏👍

Overall great stay, well kitted out kitchen with lots of supplies for breakfast as described. I’d recommend it for any families needing a peaceful spot to stay around Cambridge. The only issue we had in our stay was the laundry machine had trouble completing a cycle and kept turning off. Hosts were responsive and I’m sure will fix it, but were not able to resolve issue in the short timeframe we had left at the house.

This was a lovely, convenient stay for us and a beautiful area. We appreciated the conveniences and good communication. My only issue was that there are many scented products in the home (e.g., automatic air fresheners) that needed to be turned off due to allergies, but this was very minor. Thank you for a very nice stay!

I stayed 3 nights here while on a vacation. I can’t say enough good about Peter and this rental. Great location, clean, spacious, well stocked with all the right amenities and fast WiFi. It was serene and relaxing, with especially good views. Hot tub at night was a nice touch. Peter bringing “brekky” at a time of my choosing was the icing on the cake. If I’m ever in the area again, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

Robyn’s place is quiet, well equipped, and she was very responsive to our needs. We especially appreciated the books and videos. Each morning we awoke to a lovely view of the water off the deck. Couldn’t have been happier with the rental.

The Tree Hut is amazing! Had all the comforts of home… an amazing entertaining patio with the perfect size spa pool! So close to town to get a drink and bite to eat… totally wonderful and I’ll definitely be back!

Paul was amazing, from start to finish - providing all the nice touches, local and out-of-town recommendations and he made sure, throughout our stay we had everything we needed and then some!! Lovely, caring hosts, who very kindly left us some breakfast, homemade lemonade and cookies! Great location for a family with kids, with a small, beautiful, self-contained garden a 2min walk to a park with a playground. Supermarket cafe and pub a 10-min walk away.

Our third time staying here which speaks for itself! We were treated to a freshly baked pie, lovely linen and a good hot shower. So peaceful. Thank you Viv.

I had a wonderful stay at Carin’s black batch. Carin was a wonderful host, very attentive and helpful. She made me feel right at home 🤗 The place was so serene and peaceful with everything you could need. The perfect getaway for a much needed break! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and regroup. Would book again!

Nice tidy tiny home. Quiet and comfortable

Amazing stay! The place was very clean, furnishings seemed fairly new, and the cottage was cosy. View from the cottage deck was beautiful- in the early morning, mist shrouded the lower terrain and Waikato river before gradually fading away, with the sun rising behind.The night view was wonderful as well with lots of stars. We ordered a homemade pizza from the hosts and it was absolutely superb. They also spoiled us with a sublime chocolate cake and date pudding. Overall it felt like a lot of thought, effort and passion has gone into this bnb, more than almost all (and maybe even all) the bnbs we've stayed at before. We really recommend this place. And do yourself a favour and don't hesitate to order their food!

Tersia was a wonderful host, and the abode was a gorgeous home away from home. All the little touches made it such a lovely stay. Great books, divine bathroom, comfy bed, loved the decor, ease of access and how peaceful it was. Will be back to stay again when heading back to Auckland.

Absolutely loved this Airbnb, it’s amazing!!! The whole setting was wonderful and different. We loved the uniqueness of this tasteful wee holiday home, not your typical set up so if you’re after something a bit different definitely check this place out! It is quirky yet well planned, colourful and provides everything you could possibly need and more. I stayed with my mum and 1yr old granddaughter and the space met all our needs. It has a great variety of seating areas and different spaces to hang out, we loved this. The caravan was our sleeping space, it was very comfortable, is large and provided the 3 of us with enough space. Jacqueline as lovely and very helpful. Thanks heaps Jacqueline for the chocolates, fruit, milk, butter, juice, jams, breakfast food and everything else!! We loved all of it and will be recommending your Airbnb 😊
