Spectacular Ground Floor Condo Sleeps 5

This is an amazing 1 bedroom 1 bath ground floor unit with plenty of space. It has been fully renovated with beautiful furnishings inside and out. A golf course surrounds the property and we have a beautiful pool, barbecues, spa, tennis courts, and fitness center. We are Covid safe. Our cleaning service uses hospital grade disinfecting products. The experienced cleaning crew is meticulous to prepare our condo by cleaning all surfaces and appliances before our guest checks in. Location, Location, Location! Fairway Villas is walking distance to most everything you could want in a Hawaiian Vacation. Located in beautiful Waikoloa, this condo is arguably the best unit in the entire complex. You have beautiful views of Mauna Kea, the heated saltwater infinity pool, the golf course and palm trees. Walk to A-Bay Beach & the grocery store, most restaurants are a short walk, Tommy Bahamas Restaurant, Lava Lava Restaurant & Bar, Starbucks, the Hilton Waikoloa Village, etc.

You will love this beach front property in the heart of Waikoloa. It is only a 2 minute walk to the pool and beach area from your lanai and 5 minutes to walk to the Kings Shoppes and the Queen's Market where you can find great shopping and fine dining. The beach in front of our property is very calm and sandy and the perfect place for a lazy day basking in the wonderful Hawaiian Sunshine while you take in all the beauty around you. Love the Sea Turtles but be careful to give them space!
