“Tom is hands down the most friendly and gracious host I have ever stayed with at any AirBnb in the world. Not to mention, the VIEWS from his place are STUNNING. AND, I thought I was just renting a bedroom, but it ended up being a bedroom and an office and a bathroom with a bathtub in a separate part of his house. So unlike many AirBnb rooms in someone's home, I had totally privacy. We shared the kitchen and patio, and I felt totally comfortable doing so. He cleans the place well and takes pride in making sure my stay was fabulous. The neighborhood is nice, great for walking and biking, just 1 mile to the grocery store, yoga, cafe, etc.He helped me with errands, drove me all the way to the other side of the island and back, allowed me free use of anything in his kitchen and beach toys in his garage, and more. I had to extend my stay and he was more than happy to accommodate. I've truly made a life long friend with my new Uncle Tom!”

“Everything about this place is perfection. The location can’t be beat. Waikoloa had everything we needed from restaurants for take-out to a fully stocked grocery store with great poke and sushi. With “safer-at-home” orders in place we were pleasantly surprised to see how clean the stores were kept, how everyone abided by mask rules and people were still in great spirits despite the situation. We were so happy to spend a long weekend on the other side of the island from our home. The condo is a quick walk from the pool and beach access and has a lovely patio and yard for the kids to play. Cliff and Morgan were delightful to work with and were quick and accommodating to our needs with three young children in tow. Their place is fully stocked and prepared for kids which was very appreciated and convenient. I can’t wait to get back to Kolea and we’ll definitely being staying here! It was better than we could have imagined and just what our family needed.”

“Louis and Michael have the most immaculate house and are incredibly quick to respond to any and all questions. The location is so close to the pool and beach club. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens I have ever seen! The house is full of amenities, including laundry and two separate full bathrooms and bedrooms. It was perfect for our trip of two couples. Words cannot describe how much I recommend this beautiful home! Thank you both again!”
