Otematata's population is 200, swelling to 5000 in summer. It is on the road between Oamaru & Omarama.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with uninterrupted views across the adjacent Golf Course to the Mountains .My Apartment is located in the Waitaki lakes Apartment Complex , situated behind the Otematata eatery and bar . It is a great base to explore Tekapo, Twizel, Mount Cook , clay cliffs at Omarama and the Coastal town of Oamaru . It is also on the A20 cycle trail . My Apartment is a golfers paradise and has an outdoor eating area and Sky T V. But no WiFi.

HARBOURSIDE STUDIO UNIT.(LOFT)

Internet not high speed. There are no shops in Moeraki...nearest superette in Hampden 5km to the north. We don't supply milk.

Between the cycle trail and the river. Large living room, comfy bedroom, your own bathroom and a small eating area. Your space is separated off from the remainder of the house with your own entrance. There is a basic outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a gas ring. A little outdoor room with fridge, microwave, toaster and jug .Stroll down to the river for a swim or some fishing. Amuse yourself with C.Ds, record player, books, scrabble and puzzles.
