創業は1957年、祖父「田内栄一」が和歌山県田辺市の文化発展のため「愛和荘」という旅館を営んでいました。その歴史と伝統を守り続けるため、孫である「喜重子」が2021年に屋号を復活しオープン致しました。上野山城跡に建つ当宿は、床の間がある純日本家屋です。和室２室でゆっくりお過ごしください。田辺市街を一望できる高台に宿がございますので、朝は朝日を、夕方は夕焼けを、夜は夜景をお楽しみ頂けます。風が穏やかな日は桂離宮の月見台をイメージして作った檜のウッドデッキの上で、縁側の藤の椅子にかけてティータイムもオススメです。この度新設したお風呂、トイレはバリアフリーで広さを取ってありますので、一緒に入浴したり、介助が必要な方でも楽にお使い頂けます。和室の１室にpopin.aladdin(プロジェクタ付照明）を設置しました。襖に投影しテレビや音楽、映画などをご覧頂けます。朝お出かけの前にyoutubeでBGMなどをお楽しみください。宿の隣に両親、田内喜三、淑子（日本人）が住んでおりますので、何かありましたらいつでもお声掛けください。

This house was built 120 years ago and stayed by a lot of people who have plan to go to Koya-san. The house is in front of the river and you can take a look. It will make relaxed. We can do tea ceremony, if you want. We have 2 toilet and 1 bath room with big bath tab made by a Japanese special wood, Hinoki. There is a 24h super market, Okuwa near the house.(5 min away by a car) And high rank Japanese beef restaurant(2 min by a car) You can enjoy Yakiniku.

Japanese log house with BBQ space and private river. You can enjoy fishing a amago, watching beautiful stars. There is a private sauna. After sauna, you can dive into a river. In June you can watch ire flies. All the rooms are made by Japanese special wood , Hinoki and sugi. The smell is amazing. This area is really tranquil and you will be able to make relaxed. And easy to get to Koya-san (40 min by a car)
