Hilltop Lakefront Apartment in Searsport

SaulRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Bohni’s place is exactly what my wife and I were looking for - somewhere out in the woods on the water with a hot tub close to all the amazing little towns we love - Belfast, Camden, Rockland, etc. Bohni was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We felt horrible because we got half way home and realized we forgot to take the trash out :( I would highly recommend her adorable home.

Mariner's Loft on Main St - Right Downtown!

Super location, beautifully renovated space, great town! We enjoyed the indoor farmers market, matinee at the movies, hiking on the rail trail and Acadia, food at Dos Gatos, Delvinos, Must Be Nice Lobster, Spark Bagel, the Belfast Co-op, and a special dinner at Primo on Rockland.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for visiting coastal towns. Everything was clean and matched the amenities listed. Leah was a great host, made sure our stay was great and kept us well informed. We would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

Sauna, Fireplace near affordable skiing in Camden!

This was a great place to stay. A quiet neighborhood, walking distance to town, a market close, as well as the Saturday farmers market. It felt a bit like a cabin on a boat, with the lovely wood surrounding.

Cheery 3 bedroom walk to town Camden "Mill House"

WilliamRating, 5 stars8 months ago
David went to considerable effort to send a personal memo offering suggestions for things to do, location of grocery stores, and advice for a good visit. Home was warm and inviting, with fantastic right angle couch in living room allowing for plenty of lounging space. Walking distance to downtown, but far enough from it to be peaceful. Backed by a park and fronting a cemetery, this is a serene place. We are from Texas so to escape the 90+ degree heat in late September at Camden was a treat. Nearby we toured the Hope Farms apple orchard and the Andrew Wyeth Art Museum, and walked all over Camden. Salt Wharf and Franny’s are two incredible restaurants. The historical displays at the public library are great. This home is a part of the historical fabric of the community; it was one of many built for mill workers in the late 1800s. Great spacing away from neighboring homes, it felt like a country house in town! Solar driveway night lighting a nice touch, like an airport runway!

Hosmer Pond Lake House

Amazing place, cosy home, the view is so peaceful… and it’s only 5 minutes drive to Camden. It was by far our favorite accommodation during our vacation in Maine! I hope we will be back soon to enjoy it during another season!

Anchor's Rest - Coastal retreat house

CatherineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely stay. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The front porch was so lovely and if it hadn’t been raining we would probably have spent a lot of time out there. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of privacy for our large group. We would highly recommend staying here. One thing to not, however would be that the stairs a a bit steep and the shower is on the second level, so if you have anyone in party with limited mobility that would be something to take into consideration. Personally I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future should we have the opportunity.

Historic family home 1899 with expansive bay views

Rockport, Maine is a beautiful place in mid-coast Maine. Great Chamber Music in August, eye-popping Belted Galloways (cows) next door, Camden within walking distance for those who want a little exercise. The house is gracious and comfortable. The beds are VERY comfortable. Lots of private corners for a conversation or to curl up with a book. The house is soundproof so you can really sleep in if others are awake. The kitchen allows for group preparation of meals, which I totally appreciate. Kim is a responsive and welcoming host. He keeps tabs without getting in the way. He was generous and kind to us.

Very beautiful place to stay. A little difficult to find at night. While it was cold there are heaters and thick blankets.
