When my husband & I first saw this house, I knew it was the perfect place to escape to do my favorite thing - read. I designed it with that in mind. I could see myself reading in front of the wood-burning stove. Reading on the martini deck with coffee in hand. Reading in the afternoon light in the loft or outside on the deck. Located in the heart of Waldo, walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and bars. Brookside/Plaza are minutes away. I hope you love it as much as I do, I know you will.

Where's Waldo? - Garage Loft

This tiny loft apartment is located in an old neighborhood with big trees, and just a short walk away from Waldo shops, restaurants and bars. Easy travel to Westport, Country Club Plaza, Crossroads, River Market, Power & Light, and many more super fun KC gems. The apartment is in the space that once was our old garage, so it's attached to our home. You have a separate and private entrance, full bath with an amazing shower, a small kitchen with appliances, and a loft bedroom with ladder access.

Come and enjoy this delightful space, with newly remodeled patio. Apartment is the lower level, with It's own private entrance, queen bedroom, full bath w/walk-in shower, kitchenette, full size pool table, laundry and 42" TVs in living room & bedroom. The woods border the back yard for extra privacy. A creek, arbor, gazebo, bridge and greek statue are included in this peaceful setting. Conveniently located at 435 & Holmes Rd, where you can quickly get anywhere you need to go in the KC area.

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. Lg fenced backyard. Carport. Coffee, toiletries, new sheets and towels for your enjoyment. We love this home and believe you will find your stay enjoyable. Home was built in the 50's and has all the charm you would expect! If traveling with pets, the must be pre-approved and pet cleaning fee agreed upon.
