Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Die Wohnungen sind sehr zentral gelegen und nach 100 m erreichen Sie die Touristeninformation. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Golfen, Radfahren, und zahlreichen anderen Aktivitäten ein. Besuchen Sie beispielsweise das Kloster Neresheim oder erleben Sie eine gemütliche Fahrt mit der Bimmelbahn.

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Die absolut ruhige Lage am Rand des Naturparks Schwäbisch-Fränkischer Wald sorgt für Entspannung. Wer Sport machen will, kann sich direkt vom Haus in Wald und Wiesen austoben. On the 3rd floor, approx. 62 square meters but unfortunately not barrier-free. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and TV; living room with TV and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with large shower, toilet extra! 100 m to the Blühende Barock, 5 min to the city center, right next to the hospital. A bakery around the corner! Parking space for strollers in the house. New soundproof windows installed in 2024!

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
