Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Walker County

Aften’s place was just what we needed for a night for our family of six and one puppy! The house was spacious and clean and the fenced in backyard was perfect. The only thing that we would have changed would be the noise level of the interstate and train tracks.

Utilized this property for a multi-family Chattanooga vacay. Older home, but very tidy. LOTS of room & well supplied as far as towels & kitchen. Kids enjoyed saucer swing & yard games in front yard. Ping pong table in screened back porch was awesome, too!. Great location for large family looking for home base for all the stuff to do in & around 'Nooga. Minutes from Rock City (highly recommended), Ruby Falls & Lookout Mtn. hiking trails. 15-20 minute drive down mountain into "Nooga proper. Would definitely utilize this property again for another large family gathering in area. Wish we would have had more time to just chill out & enjoy the property more (fire pit, grill, outdoor areas), but there was just so much to do in Chattanooga!!!

We have family in the Ringgold/Chattanooga area, so I found Angela’s place available, and it looked charming and the perfect place to stay with my husband and my mother…we absolutely loved it, and all of the homey touches. Angela met us for the check in and shared the history of the home and what it means to her. We loved the outside as much as the inside, and especially loved feeding the goats behind the property. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!!

Clean little bungalow and an excellent launching off point for all sorts of outdoor activities.

My favorite Air BnB stay to date!!! Teresa and Mike were wonderful hosts! They provide everything you need to feel right at home. The location was great for visiting Chattanooga but far enough away from the city to have some peace and quiet! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a pleasure to enjoy! I highly recommend and plan to stay again if we ever visit the area again!

The house was exactly as described! Great space and price for a large group. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions and directions.

Sunset Ridge house is a beautiful, spacious and luxurious getaway. The kitchen is well stocked. I fell in love with the blue ribbon glassware and ordered a set for myself!We found the house perfect for our needs, especially the screened in porch overlooking the mountain ranges. We hope to make a return visit next time we’re in the area.

Gorgeous home, beautiful decor, very clean, great beds. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at over the years. Exceeded my expectations. Would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

The condo was exactly as listed. We had a great stay. The condo is clean and comfortable. The views are beautiful! Kitchen stocked with all the basics. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and you can be downtown and most attractions in 20 minutes. The mattress may need a rotate & flip there is a dip in the middle.

Great place and super convenient to town. Everything was great about this place. This place was fantastic for a weekend get away!

If I could give this stay 20 stars I would! What a phenomenal experience. Michael & Hilda’s home is absolutely stunning. Their family and friends we met while being there were so welcoming and friendly. The love they all have for making sure their guest are happy, goes unnoticed. They made us feel like their place was ours. I can’t wait to come back or to another one of their beautiful properties! Thank you just isn’t enough.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Wally was very helpful and very kind and we loved staying there. It was a beautiful place! For the price I highly recommend! I will definitely stay again if I have to go back to Tennessee!

Absolutely perfect. You absolutely won't regret choosing this rental!

My husband and I came up to Chattanooga to spend time with my daughter and son-in-law as well as to see a comedians show. The Airbnb was in lovely surroundings and very peaceful. It felt like we were out in the peaceful woods even though we were minutes away from downtown, the arena where Nate Bargatze performed and multiple restaurants. It is one bedroom and not incredibly spacious but has beautiful outdoor space and is perfect for a private retreat or a quiet getaway. Bonnie was friendly and easily accessible.

The AirBNB far exceeded my expectations. Sandy and her husband accommodated our every need! They made check in easy and allowed us to come earlier than anticipated. They left farm fresh eggs, bread, fruit and snacks to enjoy while we were there. The property itself was absolutely beautiful, we enjoyed porch sitting and visiting with their cat (jack). Unfortunately the weather didn't hold out and we ran out of time to fully explore all of the property but I have a feeling we will be back in the future!

We booked this lovely place for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint!! The cabin is beautiful, surroundings amazing and the sunset view from the deck breathtaking. We had 8 ladies and were very comfortable. We only left the property once to go hiking and that was only a few miles away. The kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace very cozy. The hot tub was warm and ready for us to climb in. Cathy was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back soon.

We had a fantastic time at the Tadpole. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the cabin very cozy. Patrick was an excellent host. We would definitely go back!

If you’re looking at this trying to decide if you should book this cabin…go ahead and book it! This was a magical place to stay that had the perfect balance of rustic and comfort. The cabin is beautiful, filled with thoughtful touches from the hosts, and it was such a perfect home base while I was visiting Chattanooga. One thing to note is that there is not a mounted, just a handle as far as I could tell. The tub is INCREDIBLE and I didn’t find myself missing the more traditional shower set up at all. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and I hope to come back and stay someday.

We needed a place quick for a family emergency. We ended up getting to the house at 4am (after a 9hr drive and 1 hr visiting in the hospital). We were exhausted and only had a few hours to sleep before we had to be back at the hospital. This place was ready to go with everything we needed. Snacks, coffee, comfortable beds. It was peaceful and clean. Our kids enjoyed playing some of the games, played outside in the backyard and watched TV. It was a much needed distraction from the things we were dealing with. I would love to stay here again under different circumstances. This place was right down the road from Rock City, Ruby Falls and lots of other cool places we would like to check out one day!

We loved our stay here! Walked in to a clean and comfortable environment with an amazing view. Conveniently located to Cloudland Canyon and Lula Lake Land Trust. Plenty of space for my dog as well. Really enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the deck watching the fog. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
