The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

Charlottes place was nice and cozy! Plenty amenities for your stay! Only thing was WiFi was constantly out for us. It stormed a lot but also when it wasn’t storming! Other than that this place is worth the stay! We enjoyed!

Great house with all the amenities of home! Our host, Damon, was excellent with all communications. The house had everything we needed inside and there were several outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. The kitchen was spacious, so we were able to make some homemade meals for our family that are stationed at LRAFB. The location was close to LRAFB and close to many restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. The neighborhood was quiet with kind neighbors. The home was clean, well kept, and comfy. We look forward to our next visit!
