Stunning & spacious studio apartment, Features Air Con and a full, modern kitchen & bathroom, and 100 inch TV. Just 2 mins from the A19 motorway, so an ideal location for anyone visiting the North East for work or pleasure! This is a quiet residential location, therefore not suitable for stag/hens or similar types of bookings. Access is via a set of stairs so not suitable for anyone who requires level access. The entire house is available to yourself. Please note: I no longer live at the property so you will be the sole occupant of the house, and you will NOT be sharing with any guests. Cosy one bedroom new refurbished home available 5 minutes from the Quayside/Ouseburn. There are buses in front of the house to the centre. The house is 5 mins to the River Tyne and cycle path. There is a big supermarket across the road, and free private parking. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood.
