There is an outdoor smoking area.The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door. Please read all conditions before booking. Stay with us and explore the stunning South Coast from this private oasis. We accommodate up to 4 adult guests - 1 x queen bed and 1 x pull out sofa bed in the living area. The studio strictly does not accept pets or children under the age of 8. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome. This is due to the delicate nature and design of the studio.

Barrack Point is a relaxing, beach side suburb which lies between to amazing beaches Warilla beach and Shellharbour beach . Little Lake Just few minuet walk is great place to take the kids. There is great fishing ,surfing and snorkelling spots within walking distance or short drive . If your into to bike riding there is a great cycle way that runs along the water front , just beautiful. Shellharbour village is only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive with has great restaurants and stores.
