Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Warner Bros. Studios, Burbank

I stayed at Jerry's place in Toluca Lake on a work trip for two weeks and it was an overall fantastic stay. The location was beautiful: Toluca Lake is clean, well-kept, safe and peaceful, and it was such a treat going running around the nearby streets in the early morning. It was about 30mins to get to most touristy places, in good traffic. There are three grocery shops in 15min walking distance away, and a coffee shop nearby. The house itself was perfectly clean and spacious, with a particularly well-equipped kitchen and the comfiest bed (perfect if you like a firm mattress!). There is also lots of outdoor space, some shared and a little private bench and terrace that is for your personal use. This was certainly the highlight as it was a lovely suntrap and perfect for sitting out and eating breakfast. Jerry is a very helpful and friendly host, and he made sure I had everything I needed during the entirety of my stay. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would highly recommend it!

Lucy’s place was perfect for our long weekend — super clean and comfortable with a lovely patio for enjoying SoCal’s perfect weather. The neighborhood is very welcoming with tree lined streets and a nice walking/bike path. The house is centrally located for many LA area venues; in 20 minutes or less you can get to the Greek Theatre, Dodger Stadium, the Hollywood Bowl, the Hollywood sign, the Hollywood & Highland attractions, and the Burbank airport. We would definitely stay at Lucy’s again!

This stay was absolutely amazing! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exceeded all expectations. What truly made the experience stand out was the host—extremely responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood only 12 minutes from Rose Bowl Stadium, Anthony's home was clean and had exactly what my group needed for our quick weekend trip. Washer and dryer in unit was very helpful to have, AC throughout home, and recently renovated so the home felt clean. We didn't need food places to be walkable but it was nice that delivery apps were convenient and restaraunts/cafes were 6-10 minutes walking. Keypad entry made it easy to get in and out, and plenty of street parking for our oversized car. Would come back and stay at Anthony's.

Perfect home away from home! I stayed for a month and it had everything I needed. The space was cute, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, with no issues finding parking. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Casa incantevole e proprietario molto gentile, simpatico e disponibile. L’ambiente tranquillo e privato del patio esterno ci ha fatto trascorrere momenti molto piacevoli in relax, la cucina era attrezzata alla perfezione ed è stato molto bello cucinare anche con il grill esterno. L’arredamento della casa era funzionale ed elegante, ci siamo sentiti a casa e speriamo di poterci tornare presto. Anche il bagno era molto pulito e con tutto il necessario, cabina armadio grande per riporre e sistemare tutti gli effetti personali. Abbiamo amato molto il nostro soggiorno a Los Angeles e siamo stati molto bene.

We are so happy we found Vincents place. we needed to be close to Universal and this did not disappoint. 5mins walk to where we needed to be, yet secluded and private once at home that we felt relaxed and able to unwind. the place is super comfortable and has everything you need. Can't reccomend Vincent as host or this place enough. Thanks Vincent.

I felt so comfortable at Vardan's home. The amenities were wonderful, I loved the welcome gift (such a lovely touch), well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, bathroom was functional and attractive, I enjoyed sitting out back and hearing the birds. No traffic to distract me from my work and having my own driveway was great. I felt safe and having the driveway made unloading and then loading up of my vehicle when I left and also brought in groceries so easy. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved staying here, it was clean and private. It was close to so much and had what we needed after a long day out sightseeing. We would stay here again and again. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

The house is wonderful and comfortable. Everything is the same as the photos. During this accommodation. we haven’t seen Michael. He will offer you the keyword of door before check-in. It’s easy to enter. The location is near the Burbank airport, so I can achieve there soon after arriving. Washing machine and clothes dryer are useful when you have a long-period trip though you need to prepare laundry detergent by yourself. Besides, it’s important to open the window when you fry beef steak even if range hood had been turned on because stimulation of smoke detector will make you embarrassed. In conclusion, it’s awesome room and we will exactly stay here when I visit LA again!

The amount of plants felt like a boho heaven! Even on a blisteringly hot day it was able to be cooled with open windows and fans. The duvet and bed was probably the softest I’ve ever had in an air bnb. It was charming despite being an old house. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were great. The terraced back was lovely.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

This was a grate last minute booking. San allowed me to check in early so I could get ready for plans later that night. The place was in a great location if you want to be a tourist! It did have a noticeable smell to it but there was candles in the unit and that took care of the smell. Over all I would recommend staying here to anyone and would book again

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Mark and Camille’s place! My husband and our dog felt right at home in this cozy, charming space. The studio has a warm, homey feel and is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that was perfect for dog walks. Mark and Camille were gracious and welcoming hosts, and we truly appreciated the peaceful backyard nook, it was the perfect spot to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pet-friendly getaway.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Me encantó por que es espacioso tranquilo y fuimos a los estudios universal caminando . Y tomamos Uber para el paseo de la fama . Lo que si es que no hay tiendas de víveres cerca nos costó un poco encontrar jabones para lavar ropa . Muy bueno que haya máquina de lavado en el depa . Lo recomiendo mucho
