Our A frame has 2 Bedrooms upstairs (one mezzanine like), both with comfortable king beds and a sofa bed downstairs. 3 minutes drive to Shark Bay and Woody Head beach, 5 minutes into Iluka with great surfing and fishing. The house was very well positioned just across the road from where you can catch the ferry across to Yamba. The house itself was beautifully presented, extremely clean with almost new kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable and we all felt right at home. Our host, Kylie was very welcoming and responsive, sending us messages to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back if Kylie will have us as we really enjoyed our stay.

What a treat to be able to stay at such a beautiful and relaxing location. A gorgeous little cabin with a wonderful vista looking out over a dam with horses and birds. Then there's Evie, the super friendly dog that loves a cuddle. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay, even an outdoor fire pit and lounge. And at the end of the day you can sink into the soft comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. The unit is beautifully decorated with horse bridles, saddles, cowboy hats and a plethora of awards it fits so well with the beautiful scenery.

This apartment was better than expected. Spacious and very private in a quiet respectable neighbourhood and on the waterfront. Was a perfect location for us to attend our daughter’s 30th birthday at the Shores Tavern and a free pick up drop off by their courtesy bus. Roy’s apartment is very clean with comfortable fittings and bed. Highly recommend!

I had a peaceful, relaxing stay. it's such a quaint, beautifully appointed cottage. totally private. Delhma was on hand for anything we needed. she is a very warm and friendly host! one thing to remember is to bring all your supplies as there are limited shops nearby. Brooms head is a gorgeous beach and well worth a visit and stroll. loved it!! thanks Delhma😀😀
