Holiday rentals with lake access in Warren County

Captain's Quarters was a great place for a peaceful weekend retreat. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Our favorite part was the screened porch overlooking the lake - what a view and a great place to relax. Caitlin was very responsive and proactive in providing instructions and ideas for things to do locally. I highly recommend Captain's Quarters.

We had a lovely time at the cottage.  It was clean, and stocked from the bathroom to the kitchen.  The open floor plan was comfortable and beautifully decorated.  The host was communicative, flexible, and kind.  Our family enjoyed the hot tub, swimming in the lake, and great fishing off of the dock.   When we wanted to venture out, we had amazing bbq at Collin’s River Cafe, enjoyed ice cream and a Weenie Panini at Rock Island Trolley Stop, and took a pontoon boat tour of the most beautiful waterfalls!  A perfect getaway, we hope to return to soon!

My husband and I and another couple had a great MDW stay in this beautiful container home! If you love to be outside, relaxing, this is the place to be! We started our days at the top deck, then moved to the 2nd floor deck for afternoon drinks at the bar. We ate dinner in the screened in porch and when a rain storm came through. It’s the perfect space to enjoy a meal or be outside even when the weather isn’t perfect. Then finished the night out by the fire pit! The view is gorgeous and it is very peaceful. Andrew was super responsive and we had no issues. Would definitely recommend this property!

The best stay ever! Can't beat this location. The hiking was great! The sound of the falls were so peaceful. Beds were comfortable. I've stayed at 40+ airbnbs and this one is at the top. Great host, too! Can't wait to come back!

We were in town for my son’s wedding and needed to check in early and Hunter was very accommodating to us! The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful sitting on the Caney Fork River! Thank you for sharing your house with us ❤️

We had a lovely weekend at the Fox Retreat! Even though there was a city-wide power outage during our stay, the experience was still amazing. We drove just 10 minutes to the nearest town, grabbed a bite to eat, picked up a few candles, and came back to create a romantic evening by candlelight. The host let us know right away that the outage affected all of Tracy City, not just the retreat, which was reassuring. Thankfully, the power was back on the next day. The retreat itself is peaceful, well-stocked with amenities, and beautifully designed—perfect for relaxation. We even got to meet a few of the other guests staying on the property, and it added a fun and friendly touch to the weekend. Every morning was tranquil, and every night felt magical. The host was extremely responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and enjoy nature with a touch of luxury. We’ll definitely be back!

We are repeat visitors, and we always enjoy our stay at this lovely lake home! We launch our boat at the nearby boat ramp and keep it tied to shore just a short walk from the house. The boat launch area has been much improved over the years we’ve been staying here. You won’t find a better home with access to the lake anywhere else on Center Hill Lake. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Ron’s cabin was as described. Super close to Hurricane marina on Center Hill. Clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay right on Tim's Ford Lake. You can walk to the boat ramp right behind the house or use the golf cars to access it. House was super clean. If you are going for a weekend on the water there is enough room to park a boat in the driveway and its 1 mile to the boat ramp! Will stay again!

We enjoyed the screened-in porch. Beds were very comfortable. We had loads of fun. Thanks for the hospitality!

Cynthia’s place was spotless, with comfy beds and plenty of room for our group of eight, including five teens. It was perfect for relaxing during our two-day golf tourney at Bear Trace in Tim Ford Park. We especially loved the Colorado room for morning coffee. Great space to unwind and hang out!

Very nice home. Clean, uncluttered but has everything we needed. Decently stocked kitchen for cooking. Very roomy. The neighborhood, despite being a subdivision, was very peaceful and quiet. 15 min to grocery store was not at all a big deal. We would book again!

This was an awesome set up for extended family to stay and hang out together for a wedding weekend in Tullahoma!! The screened in back porch with switch on fireplace and TV and the upstairs activity rooms were excellent extra gathering spaces in addition to the kitchen and main livingroom. We also loved the proximity to be able to walk the (a little steep for some, but manageable) trail down to Tim's Ford and the Blue Gill Grill! We really enjoyed our visit here!!

Awesome place with tons of great outdoor activities. Nice community with good public spaces. Comfy beds, great ac, easy access to amenities. Pup shed was a great additional space. Host very prompt to communicate as well. Would definitely stay again!
