Nay's Lake House has mini split cooling and heating.

Large deck facing the lake with BBQ grill and backyard campfire stove. Stairs lead down to a stone beach. Two kayaks on site. Lapham Bay boat launch is 1 mile up the road.

Welcome to Allen's Landing, our charming lake front cottage on the shore of beautiful Lake Iroquois. The cottage sleeps two adults (there are two bedrooms, and each with a double bed if you want to share). We also take dogs! Important note: There is potable water (sinks and showers) inside but you have to pee in a (very clean and not smelly!) portable toilet located outside. (Sorry, environmental regulations.)

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
